Took my car for repairs of a crank shaft position sensor. They discovered other issues, which they…read morerepaired. However, the crank shaft position sensor was not repaired. Waited a week and called for an update- they went on vacation. Called next week and they "got overwhelmed" and didn't get it done. They will not fix cars in a timely manner and do not care who they screw up by changing their plans and schedules. Avoid at all costs.

I found out when I asked my Honda dealer to check it out during state inspection to confirm. They confirmed it was a used part. That's why I suffered with engine vibration for two years. And Duane tried to play dumb & pretend not to know anything about it. Lucky for me, I still have the part & invoice as evidence. I've used him for 15 years. He's no longer a quality mechanic that he used to be. My last attempt was when he didn't bother to work on my car for TWO months. UNACCEPTABLE! I would NEVER use his service again.
