Jay started helping him out, my husband ordered 2 beers and 2 shots and I was sitting feet away from the bar. (my husband bought the same drinks at another bar and there was no issue). Jay smirked at my husband and told him he could not sell him all those drinks, my husband pointed at me and told him he would pay and I would go pick up my drinks. Jay refused and laughed at my husband, snatched the limes out of the beers and took the beers away and told him since he did not like his policy, he should go to another bar. Since my husband had bought the same drinks at another bar, he did not know he could not buy this many drinks. Jay was rude, arrogant, disrespectful and should not be working there if this is how he communicates with customers. We will obviously never buy drinks at this bar again. Be aware if you see Jay, you might get bad customer service. He really makes the casino look bad. Very disappointing. A manager got involved but didn't seem like nothing was done. He continued working at his station. The manager brought us our order and we paid. We go to the casino to have a good time and get treated well, this time around I was very surprised that this happened.

I guess it's been a while since I went to Morongo...the place is now a Haagen Dazs ice cream shop. Ordered margarita and Heineken at the Mystique Lounge instead.. Margarita ($7.00): way more expensive than before and the glass was super tiny. It was very potent though. . Heineken ($5.25): Heineken is Heineken... You can gamble at the bar. Gambling and drinking ...such a bad habit :P Good thing I am not an alcoholic :P 3 stars!! Mystique Lounge is almost yummylicious!!

We decided not to pay the entrance fee and not go inside so I can't really say anything about that part. But if you don't want to spend money to go inside and don't care about the gift shop, it's definitely worth it to stop and see these up close!

And for fans of Pee-wee's Big Adventure, this is a must-do stop -- it's the filming location where Andy tries to kick Pee-Wee's ass by the dinosaur. That alone makes it worth the visit. They told me they had an emergency to attend but when they came back I saw all these trucks come in with TVs. It was as if they went shopping for Black Friday. Not only that, but to be gone for over an hour is absolutely ridiculous. Especially not having at least one person at the front desk. We have NO clean towels and HALF a roll of toilet paper. Our bathroom door has a hole in it too. It's room 203. ‍‍ This place is yucky.

So you can expect that if you're not on top of your billing, you will probably run past due, because they are not contacting members to let them know. We went to visit the park and oh my word it still looks awful, it's even worse than before. Stuff is broken everywhere and if anyone remembers they locked all members out for 2 1/2 months for repairs (what repairs???) it's worse than ever. You'll about break an ankle trying to walk on your own camp spot with all the rodent issues. I couldn't believe how much stuff was broken and it looks so hokey everywhere. Sorry folks, but duct tape and bubble gum doesn't fix everything. I'm so ready to jump ship on this place after being there 25 years, how sad!
