Great Until They Weren't…read more Have been clients since 2007. Paid our premiums on time. Made one small auto claim. They got in touch about our crumbling cement steps and cautioned that if we didn't fix them that we "might not be covered in the event of an instance involving the steps." We kept meaning to get to the steps. Then we get a notice saying that we have been CANCELLED because of the steps. Steps are fixed. No one returns our calls or emails from Robert K. Jones. When I call, I am deflected by the receptionist. "She'll call you right back." An hour passes. When I call back and am connected to the agent "Lisha," she has excuses but no apologies. We have been without homeowner's insurance for two-and-a-half weeks and it seems they just don't give a damn. Nice folks, but not in the trenches for you. Keep shopping.

I have been with Dayair since 1985. they were very helpful in also setting up my business account…read more they are always polite and do what they can to help, even going to a supervisor when it is beyond what they are permitted to do in the teller's position. Every business has a few less than social people, I rarely find that at DayAir. They are responsive by phone and text when needed.

Stay far away from this nightmare. Worst credit union in the state of Ohio! Their loan specialists…read moreare incompetent, unprofessional and rude. There is poor communication, challenging loan experiences, and, in my opinion, unsatisfactory customer service. Do not get a car loan from here!! They have great rates, but making payments is horrible if you don't have an account with them. The app doesn't allow you to pay with an external account. They refuse to take payments by phone so you have to go to Day Air to make your car payments. They no longer have bank tellers so you must make your payment at their ATM. After withdrawing the cash for your payment, you also use the ATM to schedule a remote conference call with a teller who takes your payment. There is no privacy as the ATM is in the middle of the bank. Everyone knows your business. The worst part is that your payment goes into Day Air's savings account and it takes days; sometimes weeks to hit your loan account. It is up to their loan specialist to decide if they want to accept your payment and when they want to accept your payment. These " specialist " never return phone calls. They would rather send your account to collections and repo your car rather than work with you. Although, they are excellent at making threats. These people are absolutely heartless. People have lost their cars and their homes because of their shady loan tactics. Whatever you do, do not apply for any type of loan from these people; especially if you need a cosigner. They prey upon people like this; like us! My mom consigned for me. I regret ever financing my auto loan with Day Air. You are granted a 10 day grace period on your car payment each month. Im not sure why; because in Day Air's loan specialists eyes its nonexistent. If the signee is more than 1 day late, they freeze the cosigner's bank account and their auto loan account. How they are allowed to get away with these business tactics is beyond me.
