I have a confession: I like to call my bank…read more I'm a person who is kind of scared to call customer service of large companies. I'm afraid I'll get the wrong department or ask the wrong question... When I call Huntington, I'm not afraid of those things. I have called several times over the past 6 years about forgotten passwords, unclear charges, ordering new checks, changing addresses, fixing addresses on newly printed checks....I have never (maybe once??) been met with a sarcastic or tired voice on the other end of the line or desk. One conversation I had could easily have been a conversation with my brother in the living room. They are most helpful. I don't know much in the way of how banks operate to know if their interest rates are high or low or anything like that, but I do know that if I had a concern about it or anything else banking-related, I could call them or find them and someone would be ready and willing to help me.

She reviewed my documents, completed the paperwork, and opened the account. My brothers were able to stop when it was convenient for them to sign the forms. Community Choice, Darcee and Krista were wonderful. I should have gone to them in the beginning.

Totally negative experience I was left waiting in the lobby for 45 mins and when I got called to…read morethe back the Dr.Hristova came in to numb me, she gave me several shots on my upper mouth and when she gave me the shot in the bottom I made a noise in pain and she told me "Stop making a fuss, there are children." When she was done I told her that was completely unprofessional for her to say that to me and be concerned for other patients rather than me. She walked away and then refused to finish my service which she just have me 6 shots for. She didn't even come back to tell me herself and rather sent Brenda a lacky from the front desk. I asked for the office manager who they said isn't available. I would never return at this point because obviously they have terrible chair side manner but my experience was unacceptable. And I will be telling every and sharing this review everywhere.

My brothers are well cared for during their routine visits. Wait time has never been more than 15…read moreminutes. The cost is less than at comparable clinics. The staff, both front desk and dental care have been exceptional. Doctor is competent, caring, knowledgeable and spends an adequate amount of time with us. The office runs smoothly during the times I have been there.
