Shanna from the Conroe TX branch told me that she would refund some of the money that was drawn from the account, which was nice. She then closed the account and told me that I would not get any of the fees back because the account was already closed. What? She closed the account as I sat in front of her. I am guessing that she could have refunded some of the fees if she had done so before she closed the account. What HORRIBLE customer service. With this kind of service from your banker, I am considering closing my other account now as well.
