We ended up buying a townhouse, which is also an investment property for us that way we could fix it up a little bit and later rent it out or sell it, because we were within a closer proximity to the local University. He gave his word face-to-face. However, after I moved out, they kept the entire deposit. They sent fake invoices from third-party companies or performed so-called "repairs" to improve the property for the owner so it could be rented later at a higher price. I wish I had checked reviews earlier -- if I had known about their reputation, I would have never signed a contract with them. That's why I want to warn everyone who reads this: do not rent from this company under any circumstances. Find a different property management company and avoid being scammed. To everyone who has already been cheated by them -- don't give up. Go to court, file a legal claim, and make them pay for what they've done.
