My husband and I want to give Max Fletcher our highest recommendation. He did everything he said…read morehe would do and more. Last spring, he told us he would sell our house whenever we wanted to sell it. We decided to enjoy Logan for the whole summer and listed the house in the fall. Within 3 days of listing the house, he had 3--YES THREE--over asking price offers! We were in the final stages of negotiations with the best offer--a cash offer--when Max's wife went into labor. With her permission, on his cell phone, Max did the final negotiations before the best offer expired!!! Earlier we posted a photo of Max helping load our UHaul trailer, which was over and above what he advertised. Then he perfectly coordinated an estate sale and clean out. Max made selling and moving much more stress-free than we imagined.

The worst company I've ever rented from. They had no idea how to even take my first month's rent!…read moreThen when we moved out they tried to charge us 50% ABOVE our $1000 deposit for "cleaning" our decently clean house. The company they were using to scam us claimed to have cleaned our house for 34 hours or something like that. Really? 34 hours to clean a decently clean house? Plus when we moved in the house wasn't very clean anyway, just for the irony . . . Stay away. This company sucks.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this company has given me such poor service repeatedly that I…read morefelt so inclined so that no one else has to go through it. First of all, I first contacted Coldwell Banker in Logan for student housing a few weeks before school started in August. The apartments were incredibly close to campus, yet extremely cheap due to their unappealing amenities and out of date furnishings/appliances. I called many times to get an apartment, and after weeks of not hearing from Brent Welsh, (via phone and email) we finally heard back to only be told that the apartment I wanted was taken. ( I live out of state so this was extremely inconvenient) Instead, a more expensive one was available, and I was promised a lowered price rent to match what I would have paid if I had gotten the apartment I originally wanted. I thought that was a good deal so I accepted the offer. I also didn't really have any other choice since it too long for them to reply and school was starting in a week and I had no other options for housing at this point. However, when I emailed and asked about before the week moving in, I never got a reply from Brent. So, I did not get what I was promised right off the bat. Strike one. Strike two, the apartment was in poor condition. Walls beat up, dirty, and big hole that had not been repaired, just to name a few. The apartment was extremely outdated, and showed how worn it was from stained carpets, dinged up countertops, awful painting job, and the rotten rubber seal and rust in the shower. And it is ugly, plain and simple. It is obvious that not repairs are not made unless absolutely necessary. That being said, while I lived there for one entire school year, I had to have the air conditioning replaced (there was ice in it and it was dripping water when that ice would melt), the fridge replaced because it stopped working, and the seal in the oven became unattached and leaked out all the heat whenever I tried to cook something in the oven. Strike three. Upon trying to prepare to move out, I knew I had to be present for the inspection and to have all my stuff out before then. (To avoid an $25 reinsertion fee if I did not meet these requirements). I called ahead to see when the inspection would take place so I could prepare accordingly. (They usually left a notice out on the door the day before a walk through with times they would come by, but this was not the case this time around). When I called, they basically told me the inspector would come around "sometime in the morning". How professional. So I prepared and got all my stuff out and cleaned the apartment from head to toe and waited. And waited. And waited. From 9 am to 1:30. I called Coldwell to ask if I could just come by the office and drop off my keys since I was sick of waiting, but they told me to wait a little longer and have me the inspector's number. I wanted until 2:30 and finally called the inspector, and he told me he would be right over. He had not been informed that anyone in my apartment was moving out. So much wasted time.
