heres what they do: cash check, cash western union transfer, make loans…read more Pro: they are one of the few places in Philly that can cash Western Union transfers larger than $5000. the funds will be loaded to a Momentum debit card. Most shop rite and Walgreens have limits of $2-500. Con 1: their debit card has a daily withdrawal limit $1000. And electronic transfer from their card is not possible. You can withdraw cash using atm machine but for some reason it frequently does work. Con 2: the store run out of funds frequently and you will have to visit some other time/ day. I do not have experience with their loan system. The service here is acceptable though the line gets long and service becomes really slow.
