This is not a company that you would ever want to consider doing business with. This is an honest and first person review from my unfortunate "business relationship" with this financial company. A company this is closely regulated by both Federal and State Law. Apparently they dont seem to think that mean anything , however. The will attack your verbally, make threats that are not legal and do so with the intent of making you comply with their demands. Even when you are not behind on payments. Its as if they a quota or something. As if they close an account out they are rewarded. Well unfortunately they chose the wrong person to do this too. They chose someone who has had it with companies like this calling people names, threatening, intimidating, berating. All this happens while standing at the counter while in thier store with other customers standing in line very close to you. (The actual storefront is very very small) . The tell you one thing on the phone simply to get you to the store then change the agreement stating they did not say that. Fortunately in Tennessee it is legal to record any call your a party too. So.....I am soliciting lawyers btw if any out there with experience in dealing with bottom feeders like this.
Do yourself a favor -- if you unfortunately need to deal with a company like this -do some research first. But do not grace their door with your presence please. No one deserves to be treated like they treat peaple and this is no exaggerating at all. In fact I have tried to temper my statements and not treat them as they have treated me.
