Cork Branch Tramore Road Cork, where can I start with these bunch of muppets, built in fridge fitter insisting must go on the floor when in the drawings it was to be raised off the floor, then telling us that the built in microwave oven which were shown on the drawings to go above the built in oven, trying to make us have it above the fridge, we would have had to have been 6ft 8 to even try to get anything hot out without us spilling it over us, wrecking the inside of the units by ramming the drill in so hard to a point the drill chuck key chipped and broke so much of the wood inside various drawers and units, their excuse.... we had to force it together!!!...the fridge unit we bought from them when fitted the fitter decided he would leave the electric plug at the back of the fridge so we had to take it out before we could plug it in, they also boxed in the gas pipe for the cooker unit and it could not be connected and we needed to hack into the back of the unit to get to the gas pipe, so many extra whole in the units where the fitters missed the kick pates at the bottom, refused to remove the shrink wrap off the inside edges (as well as most of the units) of most of the units so it was impossible to do it ourselves without removal of the doors, doors catching units, doors mal aligned/crooked, fitter refused to connect the extractor unit wiring, we paid an electrician to do it, we also paid a carpenter to remove the doors so we could take off the shrink wrap, re-install the doors correctly i.e straight, they also broke one of the hinge units which the carpenter marched down to the showroom and insist they give him a new one, he also told them we were very unhappy and that at least they should give us a courtesy call........ one and half weeks later.... NOTHING........... poor workmanship, fitters take NO pride in their work, management unable or unwilling to respond or deal with complaints... DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE, ANGUISH AND STRESS AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH SOMEWHERE ELSE,..... if I do not get a response or this message gets removed I will be calling down to the showroom to explain to potential customers what service they provide read more
