What a great LITTLE town with the friendliest people. Bakery owners were super nice. Went for the…read morepizza but found out they only make them on Thursdays from 4:30 to 9 pm; But if you have an oven, I believe they have some take and bakes available...you may want to call to be sure. They do make a variety of bakery items that all looked yummy. The Chocolate chip cookies were good and fresh, ate those on the spot. Along with a sourdough sandwich bread baked two hours ago that was so soft and fresh. It had great consistency and was perfect to tear off a piece and eat it plain. It was a nice town to stop and walk to stretch your legs while road tripping.

It may sound like hyperbole, but I honestly think this place has the best pizza in the whole state…read more The cheese they use is superb. It's almost like cartoon pizza the way it stretches when you pull a slice, but the best thing about it is how well it's bonded to everything else. It doesn't slide off leaving you with a sad floppy piece of dough. Everything we tried was just amazing. The cheese sticks, the strawberry kolaches and cinnamon rolls, I don't know how they do it but they do everything incredibly right. The service was also very friendly and welcoming. We were helped by Justin who stood out because he was so helpful and kind at helping us decide. Honestly, this place is definitely worth the trip and I know we'll be going again.

This pizza place was legit to me. I met with a bunch of coworkers here for dinner and we sat…read moreoutside in the back. There were 10 of us (6 came before the group I was in) and there was plenty of seats. There were only a couple inside but the weather was nice which was why a lot more were outside. Parking was limited so street parking so I guess it could be a hit or miss. The group of 4 I sat with decided we wanted two Long Board-sized pizzas which were the large size. On one pizza, we ordered half of the Bonzai Pipeline (Boogie Board size was $7.19 and Long Board size was $17.99) and half of the Lover's Point (Boogie Board size was $8.19 and Long Board size was $21.99). The other pizza was the Manly Beach (Boogie Board size was $8.19 and Long Board size was $21.99). We also ordered a couple pitchers of beer. The pizza took a very long time to come out and it really could be that the pizza just took that long to cook. We talked among ourselves for awhile before our pizza finally came out. The Long Board-sized pizzas were pretty large and there were about 8 big slices. The Bonzai Pipeline was delicious as well as the Lover's Point. I would recommend either one of those if you liked Hawaiian pizzas or a lot of meat on your pizza. The Manly Beach was good but would be better without the jalapenos. That was just what I thought but I'm sure others liked the jalapenos. I almost ate five slices total from both pizzas before I stopped trying. It was a lot of pizza to eat but good pizza in my opinion. Good place to hang out, grab a drink, and eat pizza. Come check it out!

The first bite of that pepperoni pizza roll with the obviously fresh yeast bread dough roll, the meat sauce, the garlic cream sauce...then the fresh beer-battered fish and really good crispy french fries, and a home made cole slaw that's just about as good as my husband's late Southern grandma's cole slaw (which is really high praise.) The Lucky Seven pizza was also delicious with a perfect crust and big chopped veggies like mushrooms and peppers. Service was friendly and attentive; the decor is clean and on the more minimalist side while also comfortable and welcoming. Agree with all the other reviewers, this is absolutely an amazing experience--this meal will be one of the great memories of our road trip from Sugar Land, Texas (greater Houston area) to South Dakota and Mount Rushmore.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the restrooms were spotless, always a great sign. The food was clearly made with fresh ingredients. The side salad was humongous and beautifully fresh. The cup of chili was outstanding, packed with beef and beans in a hearty Rocky Mountain style with just the right amount of heat. The pizza was delicious, and the steak had gorgeous grill marks, juicy and tender just the way it should be. Pro tip: order the chili and beef pizza together! The pizza has a perfectly bread-y crust that dips beautifully into the chili, a combination you don't want to miss
