The environment is like a tomb and the quality of the food is awful, all while charging a higher price. They're serving small, dried out overdone pieces of pizza for more money than ever. They're really skimping on the ingredients in the calzones and I think they've changed the dough and the dressing for the salad (for the worse). You can upgrade the physical interior of a building but without the food quality and ambiance, it's meaningless. Very Sad after all these years of great food, service and warmth. We gave them a few chances but we're done, it's over.
