After his death I received so many text messages telephone calls, letters with my name incorrect . After the first telephone call I explained that I did not need assistance, I was doing fine and already had all the resources necessary to deal with my husband's death. I requested to stop calling me or sending messages. However, the saga continued, very frustrating and my request to stop contacting me was disregarded. Probably the people calling have a spread sheet and need to put a mark on it. It is not about the person who just lost her husband but about getting points for their job.

Today I get a call at the end of the day 4:47 pm, that my PT and OT can't continue bc they just became aware from today's provider who sent in the information that they now have to verify benefits and this can't be done until Monday... I heard back from Crystal almost immediately and she could not have been more professional, helpful, and caring. She was careful to get all the information she needed, including what would be most useful for my family member, but was incredibly efficient. We needed home care the next day and she set everything up within a few hours. The following morning the most extraordinary aide came to spend the day with my family member. Professional, kind, and skilled, she went above and beyond to be helpful and was truly a lifesaver. From the moment I called and throughout our entire experience with them, we felt taken care of and cared for. Though my family member is feeling much better now and no longer needs care, we feel so lucky to have their number at hand if and when we should ever need them again. No proper admissions, had to beg - then threaten - to get a nurse to come to home, medication errors, pt. was on hospice for a week and no supplies delivered, promises of nurse visits - medications - supplies and when I would call to see where things were was told nothing was ordered. Was also told once that patient was not in system when I called! The only saving grace was nurse David Frione, who was a triage nurse that came on day 5.

Patients were calling out for help but were ignored. Patients lay on their wet beddings with feces and it takes an hour or so before someone will look into it and it is so disgusting that just a week my dughter was checked in to this facility, she ended up having UTI and was brought to the hospital , then was returned only after a week she was sent to emergency and then to ICU for severe constipation which had not moved her bowels for 4 days. It took another 2 days before ICU of a hospital where she was confined got her moved the impaction of her lower intestines ofharderned stools nd gas. There are many things that are happening which was ignored by those who worked there. It is dangerous to the lives of those who was confined there to get well/rehabilitated.

She was put in a very small hot room, with a broken, loud hvac unit. It took me 45 minutes to reach anyone there.
