Bri was incredibly helpful with the paperwork and went out of her way to save me time. Heather, my dental hygienist, was kind, reassuring, and never judgmental. She explained everything clearly and made me feel involved and informed throughout the process. Dr. Kutuza, who performed my extractions, was thorough, patient, and compassionate. She took the time to explain what was happening and what sensations to expect, which helped ease a lot of my anxiety. I was genuinely impressed by every person I interacted with and very grateful for such a positive experience during a dental emergency.
