The interior of the bank is gorgeous, while this has no effect on overall service, it is quite a comfortable atmosphere, especially for a bank. Looks like their safety deposit boxes are not stored in a vault, but rather large safes. I don't think I'll be using this branch for safety deposit boxes. They seem to have very attentive financial services individuals. I was asked if I needed assistance as I walked through the door. Kudos. I'll continue to use this branch when in Lansing, however, as previously stated, its a bank. Not much more to say other than that.

She pointed fingers at everyone to resolve my issue but herself! What a ignorant individual! This company took over the SECU in Saginaw that I did business with for a couple of decades. I miss SECU because they had experienced people who knew what to do and get any situation I had resolved promptly. Instead, I got people/person who are inexperienced and liars! I'm so glad I withdrew my funds and joined another credit Union (WILDFIRE) who would not consistently lie to me. My banker at Wildfire is great and assisted me through my monetary and account needs. I recommend you all remove your funds if at CPCU if you're mistreated and go to Wildfire because your funds will grow with interest and have people who know what they're doing. At CPCU I had to get another debit card that didn't work and the young lady at the Saginaw branch tried everything she could to get it to work but failed. She tried calling folks and they didn't have a clue on how to make the card work! How embarrassing! I had my Autobiography published by a company in Atlanta Georgia in June of 2024. I paid them using my LAKE TRUST DEBIT CARD. On November 13, 2024 this company in Georgia using the numbers from my LAKE TRUST DEBIT CARD asked for $6,971.00........ I don't keep that much money in my checking account so LAKE TRUST transferred money from my saving account to my checking account and gave it to the company in Georgia......I learned of this when in December I went to the LAKE TRUST office to withdraw some money to buy our grandchildren some Christmas presents. I had not heard a word from the company in Georgia neither did I hear from LAKE TRUST.......That day in December I was told that I didn't have any money in my account. I am 88 years old......the people at LAKE TRUST have treated me as if they had a right to just give away my hard eared money without even telling me.
