Like clockwork we'd get solicitation calls from the local Mason branch even though it was noted in the file that we didn't want to get them. Then they started adding all these fees to their banking. So since the other 6 local banks didn't have fees we figured it was time to switch. No more annoying calls no more fees all over the place. This branch couldn't even close out our account properly. 10 days after we closed the account 5/3 hit us with a fee for being under their limit (of course the account is at $0. because we CLOSED it) and we had to argue with them over that. They seem to be a combination of dishonest and incompetent. I'm glad we moved our money elsewhere.

So I booked an appointment in the Novi branch. Am I glad I did. Staff at the Novi branch were so much friendlier and more helpful. I couldn't tell you hope many people stopped by and asked if we've been helped, then followed up assuring us that our rep would be available shortly. Milan was patient and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. He also helped us determine which account type would best meet our needs.

Never in my life have had to experience what I'm going through or have gone through as I have with this bank, WOW!!! As I complained to customer service time after time, believe me for good reason, they finely out of the blue, closed my account down band me from all Huntington properties. I had a checking account, credit card account, mortgage account, and line of credit account... For no good reason closed down my accounts and this action has put me in a very bad position! I have direct deposit for my social security and my pension and will be without money for sometime, while I put in for a change off address to receive my checks! I am completely blown away by this action from Huntington! I have stories after stories of nonstop screw-ups that Huntington has done that will make your jaw drop, I'm not kidding!!
