EAST WENATCHEE REVIEW!!! We came from Hawai'i and needed a health certificate to bring our dog back home with us. The vet & front ladies were AWESOME!! So friendly and helpful from day one!! I believe it was their first time doing this & ours as well but they made sure we had everything! So helpful and seriously would recommend to anyone thinking about where to bring their pet. Thank you so much to East Wenatchee Cascade Vet Staff!! Me and Diesel appreciate you all!!!!

We have been with Cascade for several years now and have never had any real issues. They have always been friendly. What prompts this review though is recent activity. 6 weeks ago we laid our family cat Marshmellow to rest due to old age and last week had to lay our family dog Theo to rest due to an aggressive cancer that was discovered just 2 weeks sooner. They staff was very kind and supportive during each instance allowing us all the time needed before and after to say our goodbyes. Shortly after each instance we received a card from them in the mail with paw prints and a note which made me well up once again. Thank you Cascade for being there for our furry family members

Big thank you to Dr Bonnett, Dr Warmenhoven, Dr Stoll and staff for taking care of Mocha! She had a foreign body and Pancreatitis. Surgery was a success as always and now she's back home ! Thank you Cascade Vet clinics for always being there for my animals!

our last day.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. took my dog in and he was diagnosed with parvo AND cancer??? no. months go by with a perfectly healthy pup who was only a year old. he ran off and FORSURE was hit and when i took him back to them they did and xray and sent me out the door and told me they couldn't do anything for him other then put him on pain meds till he died. i found a different vet to come to the house and put him down after about two weeks of seeing his legs deteriorate. she was blown away. to her, after a physical examination, he looked non other then a dog who was hit not a dog with lymphoma cancer. they didn't even aspirate his lymph nodes. 3 k down the fkn toilet and a dead puppy who was my best friend. they should all have their fkn licenses revoked. if no stars was an option that's what i would've chose.

Mom and dad happy to be home

Took our pregnant dog in to pay for an emergency c-section after she had delivered two healthy puppies. Staff asked us to pay up front for any procedures they needed to perform, $2,000! We lost 3 puppies at this veterinarian clinic and 6 months later got a frivolous bill $300 for additional charges they wanted to come up with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! This place is just a get em in get em out type of establishment. They don't care about your animals they only care about making a profit. #vetmillionaire

Poor, incompetent care. Will never return. Threw away phone number. Erased website from browser memory.

Our Italian Greyhound, "Sophie", passed over the rainbow bridge on Tuesday. Cascade Veterinary had…read morediscovered cancer throughout her body. We looked for a service that would come to our home and anesthetize Sophie while we held her. We found Nicole Vega of Hummingbird Veterinary who came promptly. She answered all our questions and offered all of the other end-of-life services that might be required. After anesthetizing Sophie, she lined up a cremation service, source for an urn with inscription, and took Sophie with her to follow through on all those services. Dr. Vega was thorough and compassionate at every step of the process. She was thoughtful enough to create a clay medallion with Sophie's foot prints impressed in it (see pic). It turns out that Dr. Vega is well known and highly regarded in this area. She substitutes for other veterinarians when asked. We've decided to take advantage of the preventative care service she offers. Her philosophy of "an oz. of prevention is worth a lb. of cure" makes excellent sense in a time when other veterinarians are scheduling their services one to two months out. Her services to us were 5-Stars!

I feel very fortunate Dr. Vega was available for us - she was so organized, communicative, and professional from the first email communication until her departure from our home. I was really impressed with her calm demeanor, that it was important to her that we were all as comfortable as could be before moving forward, and that we had all our questions and concerns addressed. She was kind and efficient in all the right ways and I wouldn't hesitate to call upon her again or recommend her to a friend. Thank you, Dr. Vega, for your compassion in such a difficult time. You are a blessing!

Dr Shawna Bais has been so calm and reassuring when I'm feeling worried or stressed about something wrong with my pet. I actually heard a story from a friend about how he and his wife had taken their cat to several vets in town and felt they were all dismissive until they came here and Shawna was the first vet that listened and cared and helped them with the cat. I had to smile when they told me the story because I felt the same way when I came here. She heard me. She cared. And she has taken wonderful care of my puppy. Tonight was really the moment that solidified all this for me. Long story short, I emailed and called after hours. Late at night. On a weekend. And guess who looked at my emailed pictures and called me back? I could have cried in gratitude. She was so reassuring, gave me helpful suggestions and wasn't at all upset with me for potentially spoiling her time off. Over and over I'm thankful Shawna is our vet. She's such a blessing!

I called to ask about spaying a cat and who ever answered couldn't give me any info. Just kept saying they were booked. I asked how much it would be and he didn't know because there's additional charges but that there was a waiting list. I said that I was ok with being placed in a waiting list, I asked that what was an approximate time for my cat to get looked at and he couldn't give me a time frame either, that he didn't know. I asked when it was a good time to spay my cat and he said 6 months. I asked if I were to be placed on the waiting list and got called before my cat was 6 months old if it would affect her. He didn't know. Ask what would happen with my place if I got called and it wasn't time he didn't know.

She took care of our dog , and she was very, very good with him; loving, and a great doctor. She admistered a shot, gave him a de-worming treatment, and clipped his nails. That last part might not sound like much, but he's a huge dog with a terrible fear of nail clipping for some reason. (We adopted him, so we don't know the reason.) Anyway, she was able to accomplish this almost impossible task with ease! I give Dr. Lisa Otto five stars...the highest rating possible! James and Deborah Bryant
