It took me a very long time to find a primary care physician who worked well with me and treated me with respect. Meg Anderson is WONDERFUL and so patient and really does listen to you. Dr. Tom Forsythe is one grade A human being and doctor. We got into a terrible MV accident while away on vacation and the day we were able to fly back home, he fit us in after he heard about the situation. He worked closely on the case and referred us to some great doctors in the area. It feels great to be cared for and looked after a great doctor who really has your best interest in mind. We never felt rushed out the door... We got great the great care we needed in a even faster timeline than we expected. Thank you so much! read more

Don't expect much from this facility from office administrator to the reception, they are unprofessional and have no value or consideration for your time. Meg Anderson is an inexperienced practitioner who will have you running into the office so she can give u a band aid. If you are a professional that needs care coordination and is used to a facility who does this well don't bother with cascade or this doctor you will be waisting your time. read more

This office has bent over backward to help me, an ohp client, that literally can't get an appointment other places let alone receive top notch service and unfailing respect. I provide excellent customer service for a living, and I ABSOLUTELY know it when I see it. That being said, I was so disappointed by the lack of care I received today at Cascade Physicians in Tualatin. It was AWFUL. I was 'squeezed in' as a new patient at Cascade Physicians, because my former provider suddenly closed down, I wasn't informed till today, the day of my appt, and am out of the medication I take daily... When I made my appointment with Cascade Physicians, I wasn't given any information on how to get to the clinic (It wasn't easy via GPS, and when I called for help, I was given the wrong directions, then hung up on!), nor was I asked to come in early to fill out paperwork. As I was being squeezed in, I knew I could finish any paperwork between waiting in the lobby, then waiting in the exam room, and then wrap anything that was unlikely to be left over after the appt. It was MAYBE 5 mins worth of forms to fill out. Due to the trouble finding the place, I was exactly 7 mins late, and was very rudely told I would not be seen at all at this point. Rude the operative word. The receptionist seemed kind enough, but the office manager was horrible. I totally understand 'no can do, late lady', but the way they went about it was uncalled for. I waited in the lobby, hoping they'd come to their senses. They close at 5pm, but seeing as though they had NO OTHER PATIENTS TO SEE, they kicked me out at about 415pm! Wow. Just. And I could not be seen, why? No explanation. I have 3 kids, no car (thanks for the ride, Mom:), was coming from afar, AND had to have a co-worker cover my shift for a couple hours to make it to this critical appt. Just saying, so disheartening. Being so soundly and rudely denied compassion, and care from those who SHOULD truly be caring, made me really sad. Instead of being health care advocates, and providing encouragement, they decidedly did NOT care. Boooooo. Ah, well. I truly hope this was maybe an off day for otherwise good people, and a caring clinic? It would be awful if they are treating patients like this regularly...If you appreciate excellent customer service, and want to be treated with anything close to dignity, DO NOT GO TO CASCADE PHYSICIANS in Tualatin. I have lived in Oregon for 22 years and until I found Cascade Physicians and their incredibly capable, efficient and professional staff, I had not realized I had never yet experienced a great primary care group. Meg Anderson specifically is a truly gifted, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned physician assistant like no other I have had the pleasure to know. I am always impressed by her expansive knowledge, her photographic memory and her caring concern for the well being of her patients. Both my husband and I see her and we couldn't be more pleased with her and her office staff. Her nurse, Theresa, also deserves praise for her excellent skills and patience when carefully asking questions about our visit - going over all concerns we may have and communicating to Ms. Anderson everything accurately. Every time I have called with any health concerns I may have, Theresa will call me back immediately to see how she can help. Last thing, I had my annual visit today and the office was set up very efficiently following Covid guidelines to ensure my safety and their own. I highly recommend this practice. read more

Dr. Fullman was amazing. Then after 10 years, Cascade Physicians completely abandoned me, and my husband. 3 months before Dr. Fullman retired, I called to make an appointment, only to find he was completely booked (which wasn't a surprise), but they had no options or support in providing an alternative for routine medical services with another doctor. Completely Dissatisfied with Cascade Physicians! I was told we would need to find another doctor elsewhere. Such a horrible feeling! read more

Three reasons you should go elsewhere: 1. My primary care doctor forgot he had even met me. It had been awhile since I had seen him but shouldn't he have checked my chart--at the very least--and realized I was a current patient? 2. The girls and the front desk/answering the phones are some of the least considerate and rude individuals I have ever dealt with. Calling in to this office is an exercise in extreme patience. 3. Transparency. No one never knows what a test is going to cost, who will bill what, or if it's covered by insurance. Expect a bill to show up in the mail months later for "services rendered" with no detailed explanation. Then see #2 and move forward with ripping your hair out. read more

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years. I have been treated with nothing but kindness from all. Any time I call they get me in. If I need help with medications or just questions I can call any one at this office and they will find out the answer to my questions. This office is way too busy to care about patient care or customer service. I scheduled a Physical 4 months ago and I couldn't get in till end of June. I scheduled it because I know I am travelling overseas and wanted to get whatever shots is recommended as well as I haven't had a physical for 2 years....I'm trying to be a good patient. They also don't help with working with insurance. I needed to get a vaccination for travelling that would be 100% covered because it is a preventative measure if I received the vaccine from the doctor office. They would not order the vaccine in. How hard is that to do and have it ready for me to drop in? I had to get it from Walgreens with a prescription from them and pay out of pocket $87 so I could travel. I'm cancelling my physical and going elsewhere. No customer service and no time to be seen with in 7 months? I've been a patient there for over 14 years. I would just like an office that helps their patients maintain good health and works with the insurance that we must provide. This country is in big trouble due to this kind of stupidity in healthcare. read more

I am disappointed. I don't feel like they care about me as a human being. I feel they care more about their policies. I am in terrible pain from a herniated disc with a small tear, I have been going to physical therapy for over two months (only missed one time from a migraine), I have pushed and pushed for help in every way possible, and finally got an MRI and an injection which doesn't seem to be helping (which I was told in advance I may need multiple shots due to the severity). I have been struggling through every work day and barely sleeping through each night and when I ask for pain meds they treat me like a drug addict (when I was the one who initially turned it down). They are more concerned with themselves then what I am going through. I do not recommend this place. read more

In general, the office is more interested in their opinions and policy as oppose to patient's health and wellbeing. During the first visit, Dr. Wolfe assured my husband that as long as he was seen fairly recently, there will be no problems with drug renewals. Over the past 2 years, my husband has seen him at least 6 times. Recently, his drug was denied renewal even though he saw Dr. Wolfe about 3 months prior. It was not the medical office that informed us about the denail, but the pharmacy. In addition, when my husband called the office, he was informed that they would not renew the prescription until he has bloodwork done. This was Friday afternoon, and there was only 2 tablets remaining. Even with a blood drawn on Monday, there will be no immediate results. My husband had a full-blood panel drawn by Quest Diagnostics with the results already available. He asked if this would be sufficient to get his drug renewed. The response was "no as the blood work was not done in their lab" (and no to the drug being renewed). My husband who is a clinical chemist pointed out there was no medical necessity for a fasting blood panel for the medication in question. Additionally it is a medication that he had been taking for over ten years. The conversation ended with someone may call my husband back before the end of the day. When I returned home at 4:45 pm and was informed by my husband that no one had contacted him, I called the medical office immediately, wanting to know why my husband was denied medical service. The office manager was not available, but I spoke with the physician's assistant. She did acknowledge that my husband did see Dr. Wolfe recently, but he was informed in July 2012 that he needed to schedule a blood draw this year. It is the patient's responsibility and the office does not remind patients. (At this point, I still do not understand the thought process of blood draw scheduled AFTER the patient is off the drug as the office refuses to renew it. No one has answered the question on why my husband was refused medical services). She did, however, renew the prescription for 30 days and my husband would have to schedule another blood draw for them to renew further. Per my understanding, it will be a repeat of what was done by Quest Diagnostics 3 weeks prior. As noted at the beginning, the office is more interested in the particulars, (in this case, the bloodwork must be drawn at their lab as oppose to outside lab), than the patient's overall health and wellbeing. read more

These guys are thieves. I set an appointment for a physical and told the receptionist that was what it was for. I saw the doctor and told him that is what it was for. They even signed a form for a physical and put it in my chart. Then these thieves bill me for an office visit for some obscure thing I did not even talk to the doctor about, which is not covered by my insurance (the physical is preventative and was covered). So now I am stuck with a $300 bill and these yahoos wont fix how it was billed to my insurance because they say it is insurance fraud. I think what they did to me was insurance fraud. Do not use this office, they will fraudulently bill you. read more
