I was fully transparent with what I was looking for and provided the instructions because I knew it was an odd task and I didn't want this to become exactly what it did... Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. Sucks because they were nice guys in person, but I don't think this is the right career path for them.
