I received my delivery from CasaOne yesterday and can't say enough good things about them. The delivery came quickly after my order, and the company was very communicative, especially with great fidelity on the exact timing of the delivery. The deliverymen were professional, courteous, and very respectful of my place. The furniture was great! Just as advertised and all seemingly new in the box. I just had the best experience renting furniture! The furniture was even nicer than it was shown on the website and the delivery representatives for CasaOne, Felipe and Felix, were professional, pleasant, careful, friendly and very detail-oriented. In addition, being new to NY and not understanding some of the move-in rules and procedures in the building required us to provide certificates of insurance and caused a few delays on our end. The management and customer service team were helpful, responsive and understanding. I am delighted with the furniture and the overall experience. Moving to Manhattan can be overwhelming... I've been trying for over a week now to get some assistance planning my space through CasaOne's "Free Space Planning" and it's been an absolute joke. The CasaOne team continues to respond with generic auto-generated emails and when they actually do respond to me with a real email it's unprofessional, slow, and completely unhelpful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FURNITURE COMPANY!!! They overcharged us by $550 for "damage" which was a spot on a 2-person Formica table and a stain on a mattress pad. Both items together would be less than $200 to replace. It's outrageous to unfairly profit off of people during this difficult time. read more

This company has one of the best customer services I have ever encountered. My building has a lot of requirements to deliver furniture and they were very responsive to coordinate with the management. I dealt with the same 3 customer service representatives and they were always friendly, polite and efficient. I rented a bed and a nightstand that met our needs. I recently rented furniture from Casa One. The process to rent and have the furniture delivered went smoothly. When they deliver the furniture they ask if everything looks fine. Since I was busy getting everything unpacked in my apartment. I looked for a second and said everything looked good. The experience once you go to return the furniture is where they get you. I was leaving town and had a day they were supposed to pick up furniture and they asked if they could change pickup day. I said yes and that was the start of the issue. I had the super in the building let them in the apartment. A couple of days after they picked up the furniture, I received pictures with some that did not show anything with charges for scratches and a dent in the furniture and a rip in a cushion on the couch. I contacted them and said the dent was done by the movers when they moved since it was not there before I left and I never moved the furniture. I asked them where the rip in the cushion was since again I did not see it before I left the apartment. They did not answer the question. They do a great job of finding scratches that you would need to turn the furniture over to find every scratch. This way they can charge you hundreds of dollars more for tiny scratches. Plus unless you look at the furniture extremely closely when they deliver you will miss the scratches and how do you prove they were not there when they moved the furniture in. I would strongly suggest rent from a different furniture rental company. My daughter, I was super careful with the furniture and they still got us. I never write reviews on Yelp but felt the public needed a warning before renting from Casa One. read more

please do yourself a favor of not doing business with this company!! i cant even begin to tell you how unprofessional they are no conern for their clients and horrible quality! i received a broken sectional and was sent a completely didn't color and style with no heads up or communication. there is a fee for just about everything i decided to accept the replacement sectional now that my lease is up i was considering keeping some furniture and return others due to the terrible quality. although my lease is up and there is no fee for pick up i am now being advised there is a fee of $299.00 for a partial pick up which honestly makes absolutely no sense to me! i was delivered wobbling chairs and a table that looked to be second hand. luckily i purchased a protection plan which protects me. please think long and hard about doing business with this company thier lack of professionalism is awful ive spoken to at least 10 reps and each interaction and response is different! its so frustrating and overwhelming to say the least please learn from my experience and take your business and money to a company that vaule thier customers and stands behind thier products this company does not and will squeeze every penny out of you! no one has taken accountability for any of this! giving this company one star is being nice wish there was a way to give a negative amount of stars read more
