This was my first visit in their new location. It is stunning and extremely comfortable. The food, as one would expect, was beautifully and thoughtfully prepared. More conservative than in their earlier days, which is a pity. Courses are minute. Almost too small. The only course that disappointed me was the Turbot. It was Thai influenced and was nearly tasteless. The flavours in all their other courses are so superb, this was surprising.
The service is impeccable and, thankfully, they do not take themselves too seriously (a real plus).
