Very happy with the work they do. The girls are fantastic and work very hard. My house looks great when they are done.

We let them in our home, what a mistake! The cleaning girl spilled bleach on our new carpet. They said they had a guy- no worries it would be fixed. The guy butchered our carpet, it looked like a child repaired it! For 6 months we called we pleaded. Please fix our carpet. We just wanted it done right. The past 8 months have been a nightmare. It basically got fixed- not back to the correct and original way but at least it's better. We paid $600 to get it fixed. And we are STILL waiting for the "check" he sent us in the mail! We let them in our home. We trusted them. What kind of business would do this? They don't call us back. They are not taking responsibility for what they did. read more

Holy moly!!!!! My husband & I are in the process of moving and we hired Casali cleaning services to do a move out cleaning on our house before we put it up on the market. We still had a small amount of odds and ends that needed to be moved, but we hadn't got to yet. When I walked in to see the results of what still needs to be done, I saw literally everything done!! If it was in their way they moved it out of the way or sent us a picture of where to put things. They took sooo much stress off my husband and I that we were literally speechless.
