I really appreciated that he not only remembered but was ready to move us. 4. Knowledgeable staff. Often at hookah places the staff places the coals to burn and dry out the shisha quicker. The staff was not pulling any tricks on us, but took care of our hookah and assured a good experience. Our hookha was looked after, coals were regularly replenished without us having to request it. The flavors are good, the staff is really nice, and the location can't really be beat. The only thing I disliked about it was the atmosphere, and that's a personal preference thing. I went at 2 am with some friends on a Friday night and they were playing loud music, which isn't exactly my thing. Another time I went in the afternoon (maybe 3:30 pm on a Thursday), and it was fairly calm and chill. I guess what time you go should depend on what you're looking for. If you think the atmosphere is for you, I recommend it. Moreover, and perhaps most importantly, the staff is really attentive to the happiness of the customers. I don't know that you'd get better service anywhere else; I know I haven't. The overall experience makes this place worth it.

We walked right in around 10PM…read moreand were greeted at the counter immediately where the staff alerted us they were out of almost all their flavors. They ended up asking us if we wanted "sweet, savory, or minty" - we said sweet and they concocted a shisha bowl for us with random flavors. It was ok, very menthol heavy which we weren't fans off. Kinda stunk that they were out of so many flavors and basically picked it for us. The staff moves the coals for you. They are attentive and come around to you to make sure your hookah coals are burning but they weren't moving the coals around enough for the hookah to burn long and not burn the shisha. We were there less than an hour and at the end our bowl was so burnt we couldn't even hit it. Anyways, we would go back. It was a decent hookah lounge in Louisville. I just hope they have more flavors next time and don't let our bowl burn.

Aside from the door man, he was chill. Upon arriving we were forced into buying a second hookah, since we had a party of five, despite two people in our group not smoking. After purchasing both hookahs, we were extremely let down by the lack of flavor. The man at the counter was very hard to work with, and the DJ was stuck in 2012, and not in a good way. Also the bathroom had no soap, and felt like a park bathroom at the waterfront. Only putting two stars for my guy working the door!

We would be out until 2 or 3 am just hanging out at these types of places. Prince is by far my favorite one in Louisville. It's walking distance from UofL so it draws a younger crowd. The staff here is always so nice and don't make you feel rushed when you and your party is hanging out for hours. Last time I was here, the owner was the one that took care of everyone and he was the friendliest owner I've probably met. The hookah itself is good and it's not that expensive. A hookah with a single hose cost 11 dollars but when you're there for a long time, it's worth the money.

Of course the guy at the store where he sells his counterfeit products wouldn't do anything but yell at me when I tried to exchange it for what would have probably been another one of his counterfeit products but nonetheless he basically treated me like I don't think I a customer should ever be treated and is a pathetic excuse for a businessman customer service is something they probably needs to really study up on and he let me know that he had been there for 4 months well you know I bet he's not there in a year and 4 months from now because with customer service like that you don't get returned business You don't get return business You don't have a business anymore I would be cautious and know ahead of time You are very likely by encounterfeit or something that is not genuine I would be scared to ingest any of the other products that he has in there now. Building is a rundown building not very clean the selection is very not much to choose from and it got really doesn't even know what he's talking about when he talks about vaporizers but because he told me the one that I bought had a USB-C charging port when of course it didn't micro USB and well it's nice to try to shop local but when you have people like this I'd rather buy from another country even karma and his own behavior and actions will come back on him and I wouldn't want to be his business because it won't be fruitful because neither are his actions.
