    Mango margarita

We were greeted and immediately seated. Our waitress greeted us with chips & salsa. Water was at our table quickly followed by a pitcher of mango margarita. My husband ordered a shrimp burrito and I had the chipotle chicken enchiladas. Food came out fast and hot. We were tired and hungry and it hit the spot. The people at the next table were regulars and shared some recommendations. We would definitely come back here again.

Went here on NYE and it wasn't busy at all. Staff are very kind and they kindly put two tables together for our large group. The chips and salsa are amazing! Same with the horchata. The margaritas are huge (we ordered a large, medium was still pretty big). The food was fantastic. I would definitely go here again!

Staff was excellent - however good service was very slow . Took over an hour to get our food . However like I said the staff was very friendly food was average. Portions on what we had wasn't the greatest but the complimentary chips and salsa filled us up. I have the trio - steak chicken and shrimp fajitas. I will defiantly come back and give it a try to see if different items are prepared faster and more portion sized.

I've been to the Casa Tequila of West Bend a couple times and have never been disappointed. I personally like to sit in the bar area because of the TVs and for just the overall atmosphere it brings. The staff is very friendly and usually on top of their tables, making for an enjoyable experience. I usually order the chicken fajitas or the chicken fajita taco salad. Both are excellent choices and if you are looking to save carbs, just avoid eating the tortillas or taco shell. Of course when going to a Mexican restaurant, a margarita is a must! I personally like mine large and on the rocks, which they do very well. Overall, great place to grab Mexican food in West Bend and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Very disappointed. I left my drink like this because I was unable to drink it. It was only blue ice!

Normally I love this place, but tonight I ordered a blended blue Margarita and I didn't taste hardly any alcohol, there were chunks of ice and I left leaving it half full of blue ice. Very disappointed with tonight and I'm hoping it won't happen again. I will give it 4 stars because I'm hoping this was just a one time thing, but the fact that it happened cannot be ignored.

Fabulous Mexican fare here. Charming place! Bright, clean, and friendly wait staff! Quick delivery!

Great food and margaritas. Waitress was attentive and friendly. I had the vegetarian burrito. Different but good. Loved the salsa.

I will return and give them another shot.

I was looking for another food truck in the area that was not at its spot so I looked around for anothe lunch option and saw a new truck. This is a weird Mexican food truck because the menu is a little different than most because it has only two meats steak and pork, see my menu picture. I went with the pork burrito for $6 and two green sauces, I gave the red back. I watched him cook it on the flat top grill and in about 5 minutes I was on my way. The pork burrito was a little flatter/smaller kind and not the big burrito some places serve. As I ate the burrito I noticed for the most part all I could taste was the lettuce and pork mostly with a small taste of sour cream, cilantro, avocado and no beans, tomatoes or cheese like most Mexican food trucks. I opened up the pork burrito and it is very light on the fillings compared to the Competition. The pork burrito was ok but it didn't satisfy me like other Mexican food trucks. They just do thier burritos a little different and I didn't know how much I really like beans, tomatoes and cheese in my burrito until they were not in one.

I will just about anything for my customers who use the DoorDash platform. Earlier Taco Bell messed up an order and I told the customer I will make it right and went back to the store with pic of the receipt and I was able to solve the issue and make the customer happy at the same time. Qdoba had only 3 people working behind the counter for Saturday night, that's wild. There should be 1 person completing in store orders, another employee completing online orders, one employee completing the bagging and register, and obviously someone in the back cooking. I do realize how hard the 3 were working and customers seemed pretty chill but this will cost the company. Friday and Saturday at the very least have more than only 3 people working that kitchen. That wait was ridiculous. I will try and avoid taking orders from here unless I know I can get in and out fairly quickly. Culver's is just as busy if not busier and I rarely have to wait more than 5 min to grab my customers order. I'm sorry for writing a bad review but I felt I needed to say something because this wasn't the first time I had to wait and I'm sure the other people working DoorDash were just as upset. Time and money is very valuable to all of us. I want to mention that the two girls behind the counter are very sweet but I think they need a better leader to help guide them through the busy to help them be more successful. Mistakes and wasted time happen.

The staff there promptly noticed, and informed me I could still pay with cash. Just get to the payment-end of the process. Really unwound me quick! Halfway thru my snack, in saunters this big/mid-life-crisis guy. Dude-in-training at the front table. Big sad guy, looming at the front counter. Looks halfway over his shoulder, 'can't anyone take my order', voice echoing off the large touchscreen in front of him. The drive-thru staff hustled over, headset flashing, and guided the "gentleman" to the touchscreen. He didn't care for that, and said 'why can't you take my order?'. She just briefly had answered that she would run it thru the drive-thru terminal, but then actually got a drive-thru customer and trotted back. Silver ogre, looking something between perturbed and stupefied, MANAGED TO TAP IN HIS ORDER. Without heavy breathing, even. Quickly enough, he was waiting before the "I'm going to defuse this man 'cause we care and compassionate" drive-thru got back with his food. 'Todd'? Checked thru his bag, rolled it back up, and headed out. Now the manager had joined the in-training, and tried to catch his glaze with a 'Thanks for stopping in, have a good night.'..... and he didn't even look her way.
