That's when I saw Dr. Ayala's business and decided to make an appointment. The wait time was short, took about 5 minutes since I had to fill out the paper work. I went inside with the Ana, who is comical and took any worries I had about not being at the dentist for 9 years away. I had a deep cleaning with the dental hygienist, this was the second cleaning I've ever had in my life and I was beyond scared of the pain but she did such a great job I hardly felt anything. Dr. Ayala ended up doing a wisdom tooth extraction. Let me tell you she might be small but she is mighty. She gave that tooth a couple of pulls and within minutes it was out. Being a new patient somewhere can be a little bit intimidating but I'm glad I chose this office because I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked in. The ladies in the front are nice and funny and explained all my copayments to the T. Thank you Dr. Ayala and team for a wonderful experience, see you in 6 months.

WORST. Dentist. I've been here 3 times because of convenience and man have they been a let down all…read morethree times. Do not know what made me think it would be different. They're close by, but they schedule like 3 patients at the same time per hygienist so they're ALWAYS late. They do it so they can always have appointments if someone cancels or arrives late but when people arrive on time like they're supposed to you have to wait 2 hours. Last time they told me they were so sorry she was running late (I understood) but I waited from 9am until 11:30 u till I was so upset I went to another dentist that same day. I went back because of course they sold me their bull**** package of another cleaning and the SAME thing happened. My boyfriend happened to have the same dentist and I accompanied him to go and they had us wait for an hour and she finally came to tell us she was sorry the lady was running late to work she should be there in 10 minutes. TWENTY minutes after they ask us to go sit in a chair where we waited another twenty minutes. When I finally was so upset that I asked for them to reschedule (he paid for that already of course) they tell me "you shouldn't schedule things after dentist appointments, you should know they always run a bit later" ..... overall disappointed with untimely service, unkind people, and just okay cleanings. Pick anywhere else. These people are in it for the quick dollar and do not care about having upset customers.

The office was super clean, and modern. The staff were very friendly and professional. And the wait time was literally less that 5 minutes. The doc took his time examining me, and then explained to me in detail exactly what was going on. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into sales pitch that usually happens at other dentist bc they want to do big procedures. The doc explained that my cavity had gotten bigger, and recommended that I get full imaging and consider the possibility of root canal. He understood that I was from out of town, so he gave me the option of going ahead and treating cavity, and following back home for full work up and treatment. The doc also took the time to call my regular dentist and to update him on his findings. This is utmost level of care!!! I felt very comfortable here, and appreciated the sincerity. If I lived nearby I would definitely come back here for sure.

Every time I've had an appointment it was quick, painless, professional, and I definitely love how clean everything is. The staff is very friendly and welcoming where they send you reminders of your next appointments so you don't forget. They even call to check on me and Dr. Amador wrote me a very nice thank you card which says a lot by going the extra mile. I put a picture of the bar/waiting room with my review where I drink the Perrier sparkling water while waiting for my appointment to start (plus several points there for that .) The equipment is very modern and advanced with a lot of new additions I didn't even realized existed until recent. I feel comfortable and right at home throughout my entire experience here. They have nice smelling candles always lit which puts me in a relaxed and peaceful state as well. I highly recommend Dr. Amador and her staff for your next dental visit!

The level of care, professionalism, and personal attention I have received throughout my treatment has been nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Grussmark is, in my experience, by far the best orthodontist in Miami-Dade County. What truly sets him apart is not only his expertise, but also the genuine care he shows for his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain every step of the treatment process, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident in the progress being made. You can tell that he genuinely takes pride in his work and wants the very best outcome for his patients. That same level of care is reflected throughout his entire office. His staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and professional. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with kindness and respect, and they consistently go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. Looking back on my journey since January 2021, I honestly could not be happier or more grateful for the care I have received. Seeing the transformation of my smile has made the entire process worthwhile, and I have Dr. Grussmark and his wonderful team to thank for that. Thank you!

I've been seeing Dr. Grussmark since December 2019 for what has been my second course of Invisalign…read moretreatment. He is extremely skilled at what he does, and I have no doubts that he is objectively/statistically the best Invisalign practitioner in Miami-Dade. He's generally a pleasure to interact with and I've never had anything less than a stellar experience with his staff, who are all very patient, professional, and attentive. Bonus points for the dental assistants in particular, who have made all drilling etc. experiences as comfortable as possible. The reason why my rating is presently less than 5-stars is that the doctor's bedside manner can be hit-or-miss. I have about six cumulative years' worth of experience as an Invisalign patient at this point (not including additional orthodontic treatment as a teenager), so I tend to have nuanced and specific questions at this juncture (I just finished my first set of refinements and I'm about to start a second; that's basically three sets of trays). Sometimes I'm able to get him to sit and listen to my questions, get thoughtful answers, and even get indulged to have follow-ups. But other times... It's like pulling teeth (no pun). It is very frustrating when you are being rushed out of the chair after only ~3 minutes of having been with your treater, during which they have done all of the talking, leaving little time for yours (once he literally walked away while I was mid-sentence). I recognize that this is a product of the volume nature of most Invisalign practices, which tend to have an (understandably) busy schedule, coupled with the software nature of treatment (you only know so much until the program tells you otherwise). But I hate leaving with a feeling of guilt/fault over having questions about cosmetic issues (I've had a chipped incisor for the past couple months), areas of focus that are important to me, the stage of my treatment, etc. I empathize with the logistical nightmare that must be trying to see 50-something patients a day, all complaining about the same thing ("when will I be done?" etc.). But for the time that you are in that chair, I think it's important that your questions and concerns be consistently treated as valid. I hope by the time that I finally finish my treatment that I feel differently about this issue and can update my review accordingly.
