Everyone was super nice at this placehowever, please be careful on who you get. I came in because one of my nails was hurting me and she was able to get out a lot of dead skin from under my nail. It was slightly painful and started to bleed during one of the times. She applied some brown liquid and wrapped in a bandage wrap, no gauze. She didn't give any instructions on aftercare so I assumed it was a minor cut and I figured I would take off the bandage before I showered the next day. It was VERY PAINFUL all day after my appointment and today is the next day I've showered and the cut is infected. Please be careful on who you go to here. The technician treated me for ingrown nail and the 45 minute session included a complete pedicure --everything except nail polish, ha ha. AMAZING!!! I wish I knew of this place sooner. I was a bit nervous at first because my feet can get really bad. But the man working on me made me feel comfortable. After a 30 minute scrubbing, clipping, and sanding I felt like 10 years had been taken off of my feet. This place is good if you have bad ingrown toenail's nails or if your feet are super crusty. It's good, it's just very rushed. They don't do nail polish, but they will cut and take off the polish for you. They scared me a little when they took the blade out to scratch off the dead skin and was working fast lol but overall was ok. read more

Imagine getting your first medical pedicure and then you get an infection from them. You go back so you go back and let them know you have an infection and you call ahead of time before pulling up they tell you they're closing early and can't see you to come back tomorrow after waiting an hour to cross into TJ. Your mom has to literally yell at them to take a look because you've had swollen ankles and the toe is getting worse everyday making it harder to go to work. They remove more of the nail and it gets worse by the next day and all they tell you is to put Neosporin. They have a medical doctor by the way and the staff did not even let him know what was going on or what he/she would recommend. Had to go to the hospital to be put onto antibiotic. It's been 2 weeks and it has not even healed. WORST FIRST PEDICURE EVER. Wouldn't recommend this place after the horrible experience. 1/5 stars cause I couldn't give them 0/5 read more

I have been coming here for a year and a half now, so this review is overdue. When I leave, my feet feel as soft and fresh as a baby's. I love to come here in between my salon pedicures back in the States, which do not compare to the professional pedicures I receive at this facility. They do a better job than podiatrists do here in the States. However, there is a difference in the quality of service depending on who you get, as it depends on the time and attention to detail the pedicurist takes in tending to your feet. For that reason, I always schedule in advance with Jesus. He is so thorough every time and leaves my feet feeling like they can walk on water. I have brought my family members here, and they have all had a wonderful experience leaving their feet refreshed like never before. This is for the upstairs location where they do laser for toe nail fungus. That had to be the worst session I've ever had in my entire life. I honestly feel like these people aren't properly trainer. The girl who was doing my laser didn't bother asking me if it was my first time. Didn't even mentally prepare me and tell me it was going to hurt. I will never return !! I took my mom that has had feet problems for years. I took her there thinking they would file down callouses she had on her feet but that's when the Dr told her she had two plantar warts and that was the reason why she's had to file down callouses every two months or so for the past ten years. She was like "what?!? How come the previous Drs in Texas and NY didn't tell her this before? Long story short, they removed the ingrown warts and now, Teo months after the procedure she's walking pain free almost at 100% no longer needing to see a podiatrist. Btw, the procedure cost her 1000 pesos, about $55. How much you think it would have cost here in San Diego? A few years back I had the worst athletes foot imaginable! Smelly, crusty, scaly, god awful toenails...it was bad. Doctors in the US kept prescribing powders and ointments - never worked. A friend told me about this place and they cleaned it all up!! Truly Amazing!! It took almost a year, but my feet were bad! I would go about every six weeks. Now I can wear sandals, without socks! And I happily play footsies w the wifey! My feet are nice and soft and dont stink anymore. Don't be embarrassed to go, they will truly change your feet! If you have Sever itching, scaling, bleeding, roughness, peeling, little cuts in between your toes, peeling skin underneath that bleeds....they will take care of it!! It's about $20 per visit. I did have to spend a little under $100 for some medication and ointments but it was absolutely worth it - I would have paid $500 if I knew the results I would be getting! Now I go about every 3-4 months. All staff are highly trained - I usually go to Mary or Ricardo! They also remove skin tags! I had about 30-40 removed - around my neck, behind my ear, underarms! still awesome since my previous review. every person I see does really well. the tool packaging is sterile, they wear gloves, masks, and keep the place clean. the cost is 400mxn which is about $21usd and I leave a 50mxn tip. it was busy when I came in the afternoon so you should probably always make an appointment. I hardly speak Spanish but it's not a problem because they just get right to work and seem to know what to do. I tell them in my bad Spanish if something is bothering me. if I lived in the area I would probably go every 3 weeks to fix my problems but for now just monthly. read more
