This is one of the best restaurants at Moon Palace The Grand. If you are visiting this resort in Cancun, definitely don't miss this one out.
From food quality ingredients to taste, from the way they cook to the presentation, and also the server's attentiveness, everything's done beautifully. It truly deserves a 5-star.
We had a group of four with reservations. Two of us went first. After waiting for a short while, we got a nice table in the middle of the restaurant.
The server recommended a few appetizers while we were waiting. Those included a citrus salad, ceviche Casa Mia, and the duck enmolada.
After having everybody join the table, the appetizers arrived at the same time coincidentally! This is excellent! All appetizers were beautifully made. Great demonstrations of culinary skill.

For the main course, we had:
PICANHA STEAK - ash sauce (very smokey), avocado, and cactus leaves.
SUCKLING PIG - crispy skin with tender meat. Ricebean, spicy chorizo, and avocado purée. A beautiful dish well-made by awesome chefs.
GLAZED SALMON - spicy-honey glazed salmon with textured corn Parmentier mashed potato.
LAMB FROM THE FARM - loin with peanut sauce, cauliflower purée and lime oil.
CHARGRILLED OCTOPUS w/ smoked bean purée, green sauce and pineapple
Lastly, we got a couple of desserts. The Cacao dessert was the best among them all. It's very enjoyable with the cocoa bean filled with meringue foam, 3 leches sponge cake, crispy puffed rice, and cacao nibs. Great for chocolate lovers.
Top it up with a freshly brewed Cafe Latte. Now, go food coma! LOL.
