Nice, cosy place off the esplanade. Thom, at first I was thinking I would love a little wasabi, but the rosemary was a nice change from what I normally would have with a perfectly seared piece of tuna, only problem was I could not eat the full serving! It was around 1/3 of kilo? It was hard to not finish... Wish the valance of the meal was equal to the main course. The rice was un-inspired, blain and the peppers and squash were over cooked. How about some nice homemade garlic or horseradish mash potatoes with green beans, anything but not mush veggies! The Epaule d Agneau was lovely, nice crust and still moist with a earthy flavor in enhanced by the meaty mushrooms! Oh and the roasted potatoes, perfect. Again to much to finish. This was close call, originally while under the influence was inclined to give 4 stars...but solid 3+ . The Pietri Rose was perfect choice with the fish and lamb, tart and crisp.
