First impression visit during the day on a weekend. Restaurant has its own building with large sign and outdoor seating. Large free parking lot. Pros The food is good and they give great portion sizes for the price. Cons The queso is not thick and flavorful. It is more watery and thin. Would I Recommend: Yes, a chill mexican spot with good pricing. Great for the area. Follow me here on Yelp and @jessreviewss on Instagram for more.

Wasn't having much success with trying to order to-go via phone, so I decided to make the best of it by coming in to have a drink while I waited. Best decision ever!!! First time trying a lemon drop here and it's so amazing! Made fresh and with love by Maria. By the way, the chips and salsa are also a hit and worth waiting with at the bar. Enjoy!

Went to Casa Jalisco on Cinco De Mayo. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted. Although it was very busy, it did not take long to be seated. The restaurant is decorated nicely and well kept. The service was good and staff members were very polite and attentive. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in this area, the food was delicious as usual.

First time tryungbthis place although I've passed it for years. I can kick myself for waiting so lobgvto try them. The place was well lit and not the usual dingy looking place. The drinks were strong and the birria was phenomenal.

It's rare that I can enjoy eating out for authentic Mexican food due to dietary/food preferences. To be able to do so with my Son, GodSon & his wife made it more enjoyable. A colorful, Tex-Mex Cantina that seems to offer over 100 different items for every Mexican food lover in the Casa. Our table was covered with unlimited Chips & Salsa to hold us over before our food came out. Maybe 10 minutes & the arrival of the Chimichangas, Enchiladas, Chicken Wings - not a Mexican staple yet a popular item & my Veggie Fajitas making the breaking of the bread muy bien. You will not be disappointed with the prices as the portions provide more than enough to take home & then some. Service was attentive with a friendly team of employees supporting each other to accommodate the guests that were spread out. There are two sides to the restaurant & a specific seating request to feel comfortable for social distancing is more than welcomed.

The first thing that I noticed, is that the rice is not fresh. It's almost as if the rice is from yesterday. The second immediate thing that I noticed while eating my enchiladas Verdes is that unfortunately the food is completely Luke warm which is odd because there's not a huge crowd here at 2 o'clock in the afternoon on a Monday. Decent taste, nothing to get excited about. I really do wish that I could give it a better rating because it is local to my immediate area. Maybe I'm spoiled because I've just recently visited Los Angeles? The atmosphere is really clean, and the servers are very kind. I'll be sure to leave a very nice trip but I won't be back for anything more than chips and salsa.

This is a much welcomed addition to the Chapel Hill neighborhood. Located across from Chapel Hill Elementary in The Shoppes at Chapel Hill, Casa Jalisco replaces the old Tony's Mexican Restaurant. At first glance, you can tell that it's gonna be a hit! The Owners did a wonderful job at renovation the place and making it feel more like a place you'd like to eat, drink, and have a great time. It was near closing time when I arrived, so I ordered to go. The staff was pleasant and it didn't take long for my food to arrive. I was pleased with the food and the pricing and will definitely be back. I'll update my review after checking them out a few more times.

This is my regular mexican spot. The red sangria is outstanding. Food is good and fresh. Recommend the chunky guacamole.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, AND DISAPPOINTING…read more I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at Seafood Pot 2. The owner/manager is one of the most unprofessional individuals I've ever encountered, and the way she speaks to and treats customers--especially Black customers, who make up the majority of her business--is unacceptable. I placed an order for myself and my 2-year-old baby. When I arrived to pick up my food, I politely mentioned to the cashier that I forgot to confirm that the corn was fresh because the last few times I came, it tasted old and reheated. The cashier took the corn to the manager to check, and instead of addressing the concern like a professional, the manager became angry simply because I asked a question. The cashier came back without my food and said the manager wanted to refund my order because she was "upset" that I questioned the corn. I asked for the food as is since it was already paid for and intended for a toddler, and the manager flat-out refused. She wouldn't speak to me, wouldn't explain anything, and hid in the back while instructing the cashier to refund my money. This behavior was rude, hostile, and completely unnecessary. After this experience, I looked through other reviews and found multiple customers reporting old food, overcooked items, and rude interactions with the same manager. Instead of taking accountability, she argues with customers publicly, even going so far as to post the last four digits of people's card numbers in her responses--which is wildly unprofessional and raises major privacy concerns. She also accuses customers of using EBT or eating all their food before complaining. That was not my situation at all, but clearly this is a pattern with how she handles legitimate concerns. This is now the second Asian-owned business in the Fairburn Road / Hospital Drive area where I've experienced complete disregard and lack of respect toward Black customers. It is insulting that a manager would treat paying customers this way over a simple question--no conversation, no solution, just hostility and refusal to provide the food I already paid for. It is clear she does not value the Black dollar, customer loyalty, or basic professionalism. I will never return, and I hope others take these experiences seriously. Respect your customers or lose them.
