Delicious food! Omg the chilaquiles were soooo good! Loved the atmosphere on the big patio. Fast and friendly service. Very relaxing vibe. Venga aqui - desayuno excelente!

Beautiful place! We came with a large party and sat on the patio. This was my favorite place to dine. They have fresh tortillas being made daily! We enjoyed our food here and can't wait to come back!

The place is right across from Palacio de Cortes. Food was good. Service was really slow. Took over 30 minutes from the time we ordered our meals, until we received them - the restaurant wasn't busy - perhaps issues at the kitchen? Our server was great. We would give it another shot.

This is one of favorite restaurants in town. The view never gets old and food delicious. I love the romantic ambience. A great place to go with your loved one or just to celebrate something special. Highly recommended!

There were so many restaurants around the plaza, but the outside decor and the building itself called us into this one. When we got the menu I knew we had chose right bc there were so many options! And they all sounded good! We ordered the cecina Yecapixtla (beef) plate and the lengue de res a la Vizcaina (beed tongue) plate. Along with the cucumber lime flavored water. As we waited for our food the server brought a black bean tostada with a side of green salsa. As simple as it was it was so flavorful! Then they brought a small loaf of bread they make inhouse. It was made of fruits and nuts and tasted pretty good. I loved the cecina (beef)! It was juicy which shocked me bc most cecina is dry. It was accompanied by a flour tortilla covered in mole, guacamole, grilled onions and black beans. It was ALL soooo good! The lengue (beed tongue) plate was good as well. It was very flavorful, but the texture not so much for me. Nevertheless I would still recommend it bc it tasted good. The servers were great with allnoir questions and helping us pivk our plates. The restaurant itself very cute and clean. Def recommend this place!

Good and flavorful, large portions, noisy due to street repair and traffic. Had the steak with Chilaquiles it was a good choice.

Come early as there is usually a line before entering the bar. Atmosphere: to enter into the bar, you have to go downstairs through a refrigerator. In contrast to the bright colors of the taqueria upstairs, Jules was adorned with leathered walls, studded ceilings, and skeletons as table centerpieces. While trendy, it did come off as a little cheesy. Nonetheless, decor did reflect the vibe it was going for. There was limited seating, so if you have a large party would recommend going there early if you have a big party. Later in the night, there is a DJ who plays techno/dance music tends to draw in large crowds of people. Brings in a mixed crowd. Service: Service at the beginning of the night was good, although servers were less attentive as the night got later and more people were entering the bar. Cocktails: The bar offers a good variety of drinks and cocktails--which I can see why people would want to go back to Jules again. My group of friends and I tried about 8 different cocktails and the only one I enjoyed was the Low Key. The Low Key is comparable to a whiskey soul with mezcal garnished with tamarind candy. I did not care much for the other drinks, as some of them were overly sugary.

Just confidently walk into the storefront food shop with a large table and chairs and ten then you have a reservation! They were very friendly and waved us in off the sidewalk as we were a bit bewildered (and didn't have reservations; just hoping and praying). Once inside the dark, very busy space with a couple rooms, long bar and some booth seating, the friendly, English speaking, knowledgeable staff will explain the large cocktail menu (many which can be made without alcohol if that's your thing). There is a creative beverage for every palate and there is a section dedicated to collaborations with mixologists from all over the world. Will definitely return to sample several more of these unique drinks. And also the food, which were didn't try as we came after dinner.

It's considered the "OG speakeasy" of the city and focus on creative cocktails from around the world. We didn't realize that the storefront was a simple looking restaurant so we kept walking back and forth. The entrance to the bar was in the back leading us to a completely different space. We made reservations and it's pretty much required to have one to be seated. Depending on your table size you might also have to share a table with others but they also have bar counter space. Their main menu of 12 cocktails were all made by the bartenders there. Part of the menu also contained cocktails from other bars around the world. The end of the menu was rounded out with classic cocktails with a Hanky Panky twist. Our party of five ordered most of the 12 main cocktails and some of the others. My favorites were the il fresco (peachy and coffee-y), grand bazaar (most spirit forward drink they have), and hanky panky (fat-washed with cacao nibs and menthol from fernet branca). All of the drinks were great though. The hot dog was also delicious! When we left we walked out of a Modelo "fridge" which was unique. The space and the vibes really were the definition of "speakeasy" because it was such a cool space. The environment was so fun and we had such a good time here.

I was captivated by the warm, eclectic ambiance--shelves stacked with old books, cozy little crannies, and fascinating antique items tucked into every corner. It felt like stepping into a hidden gem where every detail added to the charm. I ordered the As de Corazones, a gin-based cocktail with raspberry, egg white foam, and a spritz finish. It was hands-down the best cocktail I had in CDMX--beautifully balanced, slightly tart, and perfectly smooth. I also tried the Josita, which was incredibly refreshing (and deceptively strong!), making it the perfect drink to sip on while soaking in the atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive, with bartenders who clearly know their craft. Whether you're a cocktail lover or just looking for a great spot to unwind, Pata Negra is a must-visit. Service was friendly, and quick to take your initial order but after that it was kinda hard to order a second or third drink you really had to flag them down. We came back on a second visit and they were out of some of the beers we ordered the previous visit. On the plus side the beers were ice cold. Much colder than out of the refrigerator which made it so easy to drink.
