On January 20, 2020 my son was accused by a little girl in his class of sexual assault. She went home with hickeys. Mind you she is in the 5th grade and 10 years old. Her parents saw it and she said it was my son who did it. Tuesday 01/21/2020 I get a call from the Casa Grande Police and banging on my door, while I was at work. I rush to my son's son. Talk to the police officer to inform I had a lawyer due to my son being 10 years old. I go to the Principal to asked what happen, she tells us she can not discuss it but my son is suspend. I had to asked my 10 year what was going on and he said he did not know. I then had to asked the police office who gave us a little information. I asked my son what happen Monday and recess and he told me nothing he was playing tether ball with his friends and a teacher. That's when I was really confused. I asked did you put hickeys on a girl in your class he said no, (with a confused look). So me and my family are really confused. The next day the principal calls me oh just want to let you know, your son is cleared and we found out the girl was lying. So I was relieved then went to being upset and sad. I asked the principal why was my son single out and blame. She ignore my question and said he can come back to school. I started asked more question she get's irritated. The next following week all of a sudden my son who is an honor student, never had behavioral issues, getting referrals left and right. I report her to the superintendent. Then all of sudden my other twin is being blame for small things ad being suspend. Since the unnecessary incident my 10 year 5th grade twins have all of a sudden been suspend three times. I have went to the superintendent office 3 times and she always busy. Yesterday, I went 03/10/2020, she stated she was busy doing interviews and would not have 5 mins to here my concern. This is really said. i'm a mother who work her butt off to make she her kids live in a safe neighborhood and got to a good school, to get a have a good education. Now my kids are traumatized. I have to schedule them a visit to see a therapist. Their education is getting interrupt they feel that they are walking on eggshells. 03/09/2020 my son witness a little girl in class with a razor cutting herself. He told her to stop and told the teacher. The principal called him tot he office not discuss what happen but to asked about his brother. He asked her why are you always messing with my brother. Please someone please look into this school.

We moved to the area from the valley and enrolled our children into Toltec Elementary and the…read moreadministration is not use to working with the parents or even addressing concerns that are serious like forcing young children who do not know what heat exhaustion is walk in 115°+ heat until they say stop. They only allow one option to pick up your child which can get expensive because of gas prices forcing us to wait in our car. We're not allowed to pick them up outside of the car or even step outside of a car. The administration can be very unprofessional and you can tell they are used to it being a small town where no one says a thing and they don't take anyone's concern serious. When we did they treated us like we were being crazy and even have a strong police presence at pick up just to enforce their bullying. They will use the police to bully parents. The administration even has their own kids enrolled and at a sporting event spoke disrespectfully about us parents in front of my kids and the sad thing is no one holds them accountable . It is my Goal to Work with the county and city and making the Eloy district a better place for EVERYONE. Not just those they favor. They do not have PTA. When they did finally organize it they made it right at the end of school when it's impossible for a working parent to even attend. It is very clear they do not want outsiders involvement and they will run the show as they please even when they are in the wrong.
