We have seen this place on Yelp several times over the years when we visited and haven't had the…read morechance to stop by until last night and I am so glad we did!! The linguine was A*M*A*Z*I*N*G!! Buttery, creamy, delicious...edamame, spinach, chickpeas and chicken. Never had linguine served like this and it is the best one I've ever had. The ribs and fried grits are a MUST TRY! The savory glaze, that gritty crunch and the fall of the bone ribs are tasty! The Montanan cocktail was an added treat, it was a perfect blend along with the carrot cake we ended our night with! Service is impeccable! The gal who managed the dining area was quick to bring waters, take our order, deliver our orders fresh. And did so while the dining area was fairly full! The vibe in this place is fun and seemed like a popular spot amongst the locals. It is kept clean and well maintained. The patio area is spacious and dog-friendly. There is a bar area but we haven't made our way into that area yet. But we definitely plan to visit again and try other menu items! If you're in town and looking for good eats, this place will not disappoint!

I ends up eating here twice during a recent visit. The staff was very friendly offering suggestions…read moreon what I should order. They've got a diverse cocktail list that are all served in mason jars. Half of the restaurant is table service and th other half you walk up and order at they bar so just depends on the vibe you are looking for. The ribs I got the first night were fall off the bone (although not really the healthiest). The second night I came back on a Thursday and it was trivia night. The place was packed. I had my heart set on a salad I had seen on the menu just two days before....but they had changed the menu! I ended up with some broccolini and chicken which was also tasty.

My new favorite steakhouse in the Big Sky Country. I have reasons why it took me five years to get…read morehere--but they are insignificant. I should have stopped sooner, no excuses. Why? First, the setting. What a delightful interior once you get past the rather understated exterior. Comfortable spaces, open, airy, not loud but full of sounds of people enjoying themselves. Second, the service. They are on it, immediately. But you never feel rushed. Instead, you feel welcome and valued. Third, the food. I the relish tray--once a mainstay of Montana steakhouses. But this one has hot, creamy cheese dip. And beets! (Well it is eastern Montana). The steaks? Just one of the top 3 New York strips that I have ever savored. PERFECTLY cooked and so so tender. Unbelievably good. Also loved you can have hashbrowns as a side. And my friend loved the rolls plus the halibut. Drinks? Certainly. A decent wine list. Lots of local brews. And well balanced cocktails. Quality is top notch, the quantity is there. The prices are fair, considering everything. What a place!!

Nice ambience. Friendly staff. Very busy night recently…read morewith a festive feel. I think maybe they had new staff that didn't know the tables. Our table of four had one wrong entre delivered that was sent back. Two wrong drinks delivered. One sent back. The salads were large and really good. Bread was served with way too-sweet butter. For the price the prime rib was a bit thin. My med-rare looked so good but was tough and tasteless, which really surprised me. The calamari/onions tasted good but was rubbery. Was with great company so there was no complaining at the table. We enjoyed the place so I would go back and try something different, maybe on a quieter night. To compare, we had amazing, perfectly cooked tender and delicious prime rib the following night in a small town tavern for much less $$.

Before heading to a Great Falls Americans hockey game last week, I stopped in for dinner and drinks…read moreat Enbär, and it turned out to be the perfect pre‑game move. While I'm usually an old fashioned kind of person, this time I went rogue and ordered the Fireside Chat--a decadent mix of marshmallow‑infused vodka, white chocolate, cream, and chocolate, finished with a toasted marshmallow garnish. Comforting, rich, and just indulgent enough, it paired surprisingly well with the Enbär fries. And let's talk about those fries: bring your appetite. Even the half size could easily feed a table of ravenous folks. They come with two dipping sauces of your choice, and while I felt a little bad neglecting the BBQ sauce, I could not stop going back for the habanero bacon jam. Sweet, spicy, smoky--absolute scene stealer. For dessert (or what technically landed in the dessert slot), I had the Asian salad with chicken, which was excellent--fresh, flavorful, and a nice counterbalance to all the indulgence that came before it. Great drinks, generous portions, and a warm, inviting atmosphere make Enbär a standout. Whether you're fueling up before a game or just settling in for a relaxed night out, this is a spot worth lingering in.

I made a reservation for the special Valentine's Day dinner at $150 for 2. At 5:30 pm we were…read moreseated at a 8 place high top table- not what I expected or wanted for a special dinner. We were told no other tables were available and if I wanted a low top table I should've requested one in the comments when I made the reservation. I didn't see any place for special requests. The manager/owner spoke to us but offered nothing but an "I'm sorry". He could have comped our drinks. The service was rushed. We had our entrees dropped on the table before we finished our salads. The dessert came out before we were done with the entree and the bill came before we were finished with our drinks. The servers didn't know where to deliver the food. The food was decent but not exceptional. Not the special experience I hoped for. The couple next to us were delightful but they too were surprised by the seating at a communal table on a romantic holiday. I will think twice before choosing the EnBar for a special occasion.

It wasn't on Yelp and the owner said they didn't have a street address, just a post office box so I'm hoping Yelp can still give them notice. Located at the intersection of 541 and 239 in Utica, but with a Hobson address. The owner also took our order and cooked our meals. There is a nice big bar and tables to eat or socialize. At the time of our visit the most expensive burger was $15 and it's what I ordered. The Big Sky Burger. All their patties are fresh, never frozen, and 3/4 lb in weight. Not a typo. 3/4lb! Nice brioche bun. Cooked to order and done just right. Great flavor. Our party had 8 people and everyone ordered something different which gave us a good sample of the menu. Not a single complaint. Food was fabulous. The owner was friendly. There are t-shirts, of course, and some great history on the walls. Definitely worth stopping by!!
