Plaza Nueva is a great location to stay and just a 10-15 minute walk from everywhere you would want to go. It can be difficult to park in the this area as they only allows cabs during certain hours. You don't need a car to get around Granada though.

The parking is located a block away and was super tight and narrow to navigate. Almost impossible to park a car. The room itself was ok at best. We were upgraded and man was I thankful for that. The upgraded room was quite crappy so I can only imagine what the regular would've been like. The only plus is that the cook at breakfast (which was included) took orders regarding eggs. Order you eggs as you like them and he'll make them for you. Location is really good and the price was right too but no view, barely any light, ok food, ok service, terrible parking experience. 3/5.

Fortunately the venue was half-full and we were promptly seated. For €10 per person, including one glass of sangria, it was a steal. The flamenco performance (guitarist, two vocalists, and a dancer) was very good--on par, if not better, than the other, rather overpriced, flamenco shows we saw in Madrid and Barcelona.
