NO FEES for exchanges. Meaning if you want to exchange $100 to whatever, you pay just that. No fee anymore which is great. She said they changed this about 2 years ago. This is only for locations in CA and a couple of other states. Great to have another option other than a bank and/or airport kiosks. Will be coming back if I want to exchange anything less than $100. I am disabled and needed to sit down because I could not stand in line. There was no place to sit other than sitting on a desk. The security guard told me that I was not allowed to sit there. I explained to him that I was dizzy and I could not stand any longer.
