Rachel (big smile, long blonde hair!) and Natalie were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what we needed. What stood out most was how they treated my friend's two young kids--so patient and kind, never making us feel rushed. My friend had been eager to visit after loving the website, and the experience far exceeded expectations. Really these people don't care about what they're selling behind the counter I was appalled Do we want a bag? Did you think we were gonna wear it out? At least at this location, there aren't a million things cluttering the aisles so badly that you can't even walk through. The staff on the floor is always busy merchandising, but they will stop to help if you ask. The lines can get crazy, but they call in all the cashiers and usually get through the rush in a reasonable amount of time (not during the holidays, when it's naturally a little busier). The cashiers are friendly and efficient and this is one of my favorite place to shop for home decor and other things that I don't need. ;)

Seems with the amount of Saturday business and even the registers being backed up to the furniture section, you can get the stock bins out of the way and to the back staging area. Each section is run by different resellers in the store so there is an incredibly broad selection of vintage and specialty items to choose from. You can get everything from small furniture to jewelry to toys to clothes depending on where you look! The pricing varies according to which section you're in but the market prices were genuinely unbeatable and I still found a darling silver skull bracelet for $12 at the main store that I nearly missed among so many little pieces. We still go on occasion and we have purchased things in there in the past but right now I don't think I've got anything in the house that I kept that we got from there. Oh except for this awesome Raymor horse., that was a find. But usually we walk in there and walk right back out 20 mins later. We don't linger and we don't really poke around. There is one table, though that I wanted to buy from one of the dealers in the more junky part of the mall and I've asked about it. The dealer has it buried and she says at the front desk when they call her that it's sold, but it's been there for four years. Who does this???? I mean literally who puts something in their antique booth and then never sells it. It's not a display piece. It's a freakin end table. Crazy people. Anyway. The place must resonate with people in Fort Worth because like I said it's always busy. But I think it's location helps because you can see it from the highway and people driving through Fort Worth on 30 are bound to stop to check it out. Kind of like Pappadeaux and Papasito's tourist trap restaurants they're only busy because they're off of 30 .
