The service also wasn't great -- not very friendly, not very attentive, and it felt like we were more of an inconvenience than guests. The facility is older and has a dated feel. The team here has done a nice job at adding Mexican decor to make it feel welcome. The facility is clean and comfortable. Our waitress was outstanding. We had a large party that arrived in waves. She was right on the orders, refills and food delivery. I found the chips to be a bit thicker and crispy. They had a bit of a greasy taste. The salsa was thicker and tasty. The regular salsa has a slight kick. My wife ordered the shrimp quesadilla. She really enjoyed the dish. Everything was very fresh and nicely cooked. I ordered a side of beans and rice as it did not come with my Enchiladas Supremas entree. The beans were very smooth and not over cooked. The cheese topping was a good accent to the beans. Nice creamy-mild flavor without a dominating bean flavor. The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Very moist and flavorful. The enchiladas supremas was a nice dish but not outstanding. I really liked the bean and cheese enchiladas. They had a good Mexican flavor. The darker brown rancheros sauce was delicious. It accented the bean and cheese taste well. I found the chicken to be a bit tough and stringy. It was a bit difficult to cut and chew. The chicken seemed to have a bland taste as well. The ground beef enchilada was okay. The meat was finely ground and had more of a non-seasoned taste. The beef was just of there and didn't grab your taste buds.

Food is amazing and service is good. Good location and easy in and out. So glad they came to town.read more

Absolutely Disgusting and Completely Unacceptable…read more My husband and I recently ordered carryout from Salsa Grille, and unfortunately, what should have been a simple meal turned into an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience. While eating our quesadillas, we discovered SMALL PIECES OF ALUMINUM FOIL mixed into the food. Yes -- actual pieces of aluminum foil were in our quesadillas. This is absolutely disgusting and, more importantly, completely unacceptable when you are purchasing food from a restaurant and trusting that it has been prepared safely. Finding a piece of foil in your food is bad enough, but finding multiple small pieces while you are actually eating is incredibly concerning. You don't expect to have to pick through your food looking for pieces of packaging or cooking materials before swallowing it. We could have easily eaten one without noticing it, and the thought of that is honestly sickening. This isn't a minor issue like an incorrect topping, cold food, or an order that wasn't prepared exactly how you requested. This is a serious food-preparation and quality-control issue. Customers should never have to worry about finding foreign objects in their food, especially something like aluminum foil that can potentially cause injury if swallowed. We paid for our food expecting it to be prepared properly and safely. Instead, we ended up finding pieces of foil in something we were actively eating. It completely ruined the meal and has definitely made us question whether we can ever feel comfortable ordering from here again. I did call the store to report what happened and asked to speak with the store manager. At the time of this review, I am waiting for a call back. I sincerely hope someone takes this situation seriously because this is not something that should simply be brushed off or treated as no big deal. Restaurants have a responsibility to make sure the food they serve is safe and free from foreign materials. Finding aluminum foil in a quesadilla should never happen. There needs to be better attention to detail, better food-preparation practices, and better quality control. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by this experience. What should have been an easy carryout dinner became a situation where we were literally finding pieces of aluminum foil in our food. One star because zero stars isn't an option. I would strongly urge management to investigate how this happened and make sure it NEVER happens to another customer.

It cost about $20 & that seemed a bit pricey. We thought the nachos would be coming with additional toppings but instead it was literally chips with queso on top. It made the chips so soggy that we couldn't eat them. The queso consistency reminded me more of gravy and lacked more depth a flavor. The guacamole was pretty tasty, fresh and flavorful. The chips were pretty tough, almost stale tasting. This particular visit didn't leave the best impression and I'm not sure we will be back with so many other options available to us. I think they have potential, but they need to work on their seasoning and flavor profiles- at least where the nachos are concerned.

So we walked down the block to Lalos cause it was what we decided sounded good. When we got there the place was extremely chaotic. And the waitress that took us to our table was very rude. We were sat in the overflow area which at that point might as well have been a storage closet. The table and chairs in said room were most definitely not even cleaned off. And the menus were covered in smeared food. The service was slow and almost non existent. When we were finally able to order the food we got was made wrong so we sent it back to be fixed. When it came back the meat in the burritos that we had received had been nothing but fat. I was irritated to the point that we decided that it would be best that we just paid and left. What we ordered was not worth almost $50. Would most definitely not recommend this place.

The Garrett location is a bit hard to find as you have to get about two blocks off the main drag. The building is predominant so you can't miss it. The parking lot is laid out oddly. If you have to park in the west lots you may park in grass or mud when wet. The outside of the building isn't too attractive nor is the covered deck.
