I used it to drive a group of girls for a Bachelorette party to and from Whistler. I had scheduled the pickup for Friday at 8am and the drop off for Monday at 8am. I showed up 30 mins early for pickup and was greeted by the staff, who informed me that my vehicle would be ready soon. Then I watched as they vacuumed and sanitized the entire inside of the vehicle. And they washed the outside as well. I did online check-in 2 days in advance so the entire process was very quick and efficient. They explained all the rental details to me and had me do a walk around of the vehicle to check for any damages. I had a few questions about some of the controls inside the vehicle, so they helped answer those questions for me as well. All the staff I spoke to were super friendly and helpful. The vehicle was super clean and in good condition. It drove nicely. I had zero issues on the road. I showed up a few minutes early to return the vehicle and they were already ready for me. The return was even faster than the check-in. Renting a vehicle is not cheap. But the fact that I received such great service from these folks means that the next time I need to rent a car, I will definitely be coming back to them for sure.
