They even transferred all my data to a brand new and more robust drive that I sent over to them via next day Prime shipping on Amazon. The prices were reasonable considering the turn around time and the amount of data (nearly 1TB). I'm super glad that small, independent shops like this are still around! Then I found ANDREW'S TV REPAIR SERVICE in Holtsville, a good 45 minutes from where I live . Again, this was Saturday of the holiday weekend. He told me he would be at our home sometime between 3 and 7 and sure enough, he was. He had told me over the phone there would be a service charge (very reasonable and much less than Best Buy and what Samsung told me) and if he had to replace anything or take it back with him, there would be an additional charge.
