The cookies were still warm and were delicious. The cookies themselves were not overly sweet like their competitors (crumbl) and had a thicker consistency. I saw pink on the drums. They really weren't good at all and I threw them out. Not having access to a bathroom when there is a dine in option available annoyed me. Then having the food suck was the icing on the cake. A big waste of $22. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Every time I go to a Ralph's on Staten Island, there is always a line and it's cash only. Through the app, I am able to order many flavors with no stress. I received delivery within half an hour of my order. Here is what I ordered (don't judge, this will have to last me for awhile and who knows what will happen to trestaurants soon): Cremalata Spumoni Cherry cola Jelly ring (my favorite! The location is pretty welcoming, with seating both inside and outside of the shop. They've got a pretty wide selection of water ice flavors, but mango and cherry have been my two favorites. The staff has been incredibly nice, and I've enjoyed just about every visit I've had to this location. When you compare Rita's to its local competitors (for the most part, that would be Ralph's Italian Ices which has locations throughout Staten Island) Rita's ices has a lot more flavor while still having the same quality of the ice itself. I ordered the Berry Crazy sweet crepe, which arrived with excellent presentation and tasted pretty good. A couple of things could be improved, though. The crepe itself was soft and flavorful, clearly made from quality dough. It, however, needed a bit more time on the griddle to develop a better browning. The filling was tasty but so generous that it overwhelmed the crepe's own taste.
