Absolutely blown away by this hidden gem in Fleetwood, PA! I…read morestopped into Willy's Ice Cream Shop expecting a quick cone on a hot day, but what I got was one of the most surprisingly fantastic all-around experiences I've had in the Lehigh Valley. This place isn't just an ice cream shop -- it's a full-on flavor destination. First off, the ice cream is legit Penn State Creamery quality -- rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. I tried a couple of scoops and they were perfect. But the real shock was their smoked meats. Despite the name, they're turning out some serious game-made smoked brisket and pork that rivals the best BBQ joints around. Tender, smoky, perfectly seasoned -- I couldn't believe it. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth good and the pork was juicy with that ideal bark. Huge props for the quality and the unexpected menu depth. And then there were the Kamikoze pickles, ring bologna, and hot cauliflower!. These are hands-down the best pickles I've ever had. Tangy, crunchy, perfectly spiced with just the right kick -- I bought 6 jars to take home and I'm already planning my next trip back just for more. They elevate everything on the menu. Friendly service, great portions, and a fun, welcoming vibe in a convenient Fleetwood location. Whether you're craving premium ice cream, killer smoked meats, or those legendary pickles, Willy's delivers on every level. This place is a 10/10. If you're anywhere near Fleetwood, do yourself a favor and go. You won't regret it -- I'm already a regular. Highly, highly recommend!

They charged me $.50 extra for onions per hotdog. They were the most cheap generic hot dogs you can buy. They were not hot at all. The french fries that cost $4 had so much salt and some sort of spice mix on them it burned my throat that I had to drink water to stop coughing. I am not a picky eater I will not throw food away however if this would not have cost me $15.00, I would have threw it away. Matter of fact I didn't eat 2/3 of the French fries. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill…read more I ordered two ice creams, and when my card was swiped, the transaction was declined. I had thousands of dollars available in my account, so I don't know why the card was declined. I understand that sometimes card transactions can have technical issues. What really upset me was the way the manager handled the situation. Instead of politely asking me if I had another form of payment, he rudely told me to come inside because he had a "long line." In reality, there was only one car behind me. Because of his rude and disrespectful attitude, I felt the need to show him my available balance on my account to make it clear that the declined transaction had nothing to do with me not having enough money. I should never have been put in a position where I felt I had to prove that. I do want to recognize A.T., the young lady who took my order. She was kind, respectful, and professional, and she even apologized for the way her manager behaved. I truly appreciated her kindness and the way she handled the situation. This experience also made me think: What if I didn't have another card with me? What if this happened to someone who genuinely didn't have enough money in their account? No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or humiliated because a card transaction was declined. A manager should know how to handle situations like this professionally and respectfully. A simple, "I'm sorry, your card didn't go through. Do you have another form of payment?" would have been enough. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their financial situation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and recognizes A.T. for her excellent customer service while addressing the manager's behavior.
