Best, most gentle, most compassionate, caring individuals in a dentist office around. I started…read moregoing to this dentist a few years ago after having been at the same dentist for over 20 years. I had bad dental experiences as a child and really hated going to the dentist. My dentist retired so I had to find a new dentist. He referred me to Dr. Bob, a.k.a. Dr. Robert Brandhorst, he's soft-spoken, tender, gentle, etc. he has a very calming effect. I haven't run into any staff there that I don't like. They all seem to take on the same temperament as Dr. Bob. They have a new woman dentist here. I can't recall her name but I did get a crown put on by her a couple of months ago. She was super efficient. I've had a few crowns in the past and usually they seem to take a long time and the molds are miserable to have done. between her and the tech they did a fast efficient job probably one of the best most efficient. Quick caps I've ever had put on. I highly recommend this dentist especially if you're fearful of a dentist. I love coming here to get my teeth cleaned. The woman that cleans my teeth again very similar to Dr. Bob super kind, super gentle and caring. They have this amazing ultrasonic water pic that they use instead of so much scraping. It takes all the color stains from coffee or tea off your teeth and it's very gentle. I'm so glad I found this place a several years ago with my dentist retired. One thing because they are so well liked it. Does take some time to get an appointment in but it's worth the wait. Once you're in just start scheduling your appointments a year out then you don't have to worry about getting in.

She was very condescending and arrogant with not even the slightest attempt to act like she cared. I wouldn't have this lady take work for me if I was Dr. Caruso nor would I refer her to take care of my dog or anyone's dog. Don't understand how someone like this can live with herself. Her family must be miserable if they can even stand living with her. Recommend staying clear of this office until she's gone.

They will get you in there for an appointment and make it sound promising, however once the Dr comes in. Be prepared to be talked down towards, treated as if you're much less then he is because you have things wrong with your teeth, be prepared to leave feeling worse about yourself then when you went in. Be prepared to be asked "why are you here" as if it's not obvious, to get the medical professional help you need. The DR. Has absolutely zero bed side manor or understanding that not every one can afford hundreds or thousands out of pocket, because we all aren't Drs. Came to this terrible establishment in hopes to get a second opinion, only to pay more money for X-rays that they already previously had from my other Dentist. And walked out with 0 help, crying and being treated as if I was much less or had the worst teeth out there. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

They had 4 weeks to verify my insurance. Go to "consultation." They take a physical copy of my insurance card. Got forgotten in the room for 30 minutes after I was called back. They did apologize. Finally, get the dentist to come in, and our entire conversation went: him: "oh yeah, I can pull that tooth out no problem, about a 10 minute procedure. Do you have any questions?"" Me: "guess not. " Him: "Great, im leaving in 10 minutes, so we can't get you in today." It did raise a red flag since I wasn't there to get the tooth pulled. My regular dentist can pull teeth. My regular dentist sent me to a surgeon because it couldn't be pulled. A surgeon thats a 45 minute drive away. So 2 days before my next appointment (3 wks after consultation, mind you), I get a text that they aren't in network with my insurance. I call, and before I can even finish my sentence, Im interrupted with "so you are canceling, got it. If you change your mind, call us back. " A month later, I received a $100 consultation bill. No joke. Do you think you provided a service in that 2 minutes that you were 30 minutes late to even show up for? I missed a few hours of work. I have to get a new referral and start this process over because of YOUR OWN ERRORS! If you see this, just know that im not paying, and I will be trashing this business name to every friend, family member, and stranger I ever meet.
