The lady at the front desk was rude and dismissive, and the office manager never returned my phone call. For families, it's also worth knowing, it's difficult to schedule siblings together because how they block their schedule. Disappointing experience.

It is always so easy to schedule appointments at my convenience and they are always there to help you in case you have an emergency. Everyone in that office is incredibly genuinely nice and caring and always happy and kind. I have been in the customer service industry for more then 30 years and I have never encountered nicer group of people. Dr. Kyle Eberhardt is a great dentist on so many levels. Aside being super nice, he remembers everything about you and makes you feel like you are his friend. He greatly cares about his patients.
