My favorite tea was the summer peach iced tea since we went over the summer and it was so refreshing! This was our first time to Vegas and this was the perfect way to start our trip. The tour takes you down the length of the Strip and narrates all the major sites, hotels, things to do on both sides. Meanwhile you get to enjoy high tea! We were able to see things that we wanted to check out later in our trip. The staff were very friendly and gave recommendations as well. If it's your first time in Vegas, definitely check this out as it was a great introduction to the Strip!

Our driver Donald was very friendly, and he drove the bus so smoothly, stayed alert, and is definitely a professional. (I know good drivers, I'm in logistics) I felt safe the whole way. Our tour guide Curty, was polite, informative and made sure everything ran smoothly. It could just be me, but his voice reminds me of Raymond Redington (I've recently been watching Blacklist a lot) which is another added bonus. Anyways, he gave the right amount of commentary and spoke clearly. Stops were well space for stretching, snacks and restrooms. There was also a stop at Seligman where the inspiration for Disney Pixar Cars came about. The Grand Canyon itself is breathtaking. We skipped the guided portion and walked the rim trail from Mather Point to Bright Angel, but if you're someone who tends to lose track of time, gets easily distracted, gets lost, or struggles with planning, you're probably better off going with the the guided tour. Don't get too close to the edge!

I emailed them a little after the 15 business days. They responded that with the slowdown in tourism, they were behind on refunds. I contacted them a month later and received a similar response. I contacted them in June, but they still couldn't give me a refund date. It should not take four months to receive a refund. We were so excited for this tour and were so bummed they canceled. They canceled so late in the game that we didn't have time to book another tour.

I emailed about the delay and was thrilled to get a reply that they could be picked up directly from the airport so we wouldn't miss out on seeing the Grand Canyon before sunset. Our tour guide, Derek, was awesome--friendly, informative, and full of good humor. Even though we missed breakfast at the Coffee Cup Café due to timing, we ended up having a delicious lunch at Lilo's Café on Route 66. The food was great, and it was a fun little detour. The Grand Canyon itself was just breathtaking--pictures truly don't do it justice, and you really have to see it in person to believe it. The night at the Railway Hotel was comfortable, and the next morning, before the train took off, we were treated to some cowboy and cowgirl entertainment. We even got to take pictures with them, which was a delightful bonus. As we got closer to the Grand Canyon by train, the scenery was absolutely stunning. Since Derek had already given us a great tour the previous day, we spent the morning souvenir shopping and enjoying some food before Derek picked us up again at the canyon. He was just as fantastic as before, and I highly recommend requesting him if you want a fun and informative guide. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience, and we'd absolutely do it again. Overall, I think every visitor should know that your tours are worth every penny. I can say that the visit to Grand Canyon was one of my top favorite activities while being in Vegas.
