I cannot recommend this highly enough. Our guide, Kelly, had old pictures and knew so much of this history of Old Las Vegas. It was amazing!! He told us where to get affordable water (ABC stores) and why ABC stores (which are Hawaii-based stores) are around, took us through the history of so many hotels and the highlights. We did this in December, so I am sure it is a lot hotter in the summer, but there is a lot of indoor space. I'd still recommend a water bottle. All of us loved learning and he was a great story teller. You go all the way down to Container Park and get some coupons and restaurant tip sheet at the end. You will be on your feet for two hours so wear comfy shoes. But we actually would consider staying down in "old Las Vegas" the next time we come, all because of this tour.

I'm a sober tourist who doesn't gamble, but loves Las Vegas, and this tour was still awesome for me without booze. Really a huge fan of the book Ricky put together that they bring on tours for people who prefer visual and auditory learning. It's a really comprehensive tour that focuses a lot of mob and sex worker history, both of which are very interesting and worth preserving to me! The emphasis on block 16 was incredible, I don't think I've seen another tour guide talk about this or include it in their tour details at all. TLDR: Ricky is always just as excited to give you this tour as you are to take it-- and it shows! A must-do for fans of Fremont, the mob, and old vegas history!

He was super knowledgeable, funny, welcoming, and explained everything so well. You could tell he had great relationships with all of the restaurants, and I really liked that he also shared the history of MGM Grand along the way. It made the tour feel like more than just eating, which was a really nice bonus. The restaurant choices were excellent and every dish was delicious. The quality of the food was amazing, and by the end we were SO full. The best surprise was at the end when Kevin took us to a hidden speakeasy where we had incredible affogato espresso martinis. Why should you book the kayaking tour to the Emerald Cove with Outdoorster?…read more 1. Their communication is ON POINT. I received emails and texts telling me exactly where to go, what I should bring, and what they provide on the experience. I knew exactly how to get in touch with my guide and exactly what to expect. 2. They have glass bottom kayaks! I felt very secure in my kayak even as a beginner and no one in our group came close to tipping over. 3. We weren't rushed at all. Our guide Jordan gave us several breaks, took us on a short hike to get the best photos, and invited us to swim in the cooling water as well. A lot of companies rush you to the Emerald Cave and back, but we were able to enjoy the entire Colorado river experience. 4. They employ Jordan. Ask for Jordan if you go (though we did interact with other Outdoorster guides who were all very friendly and helpful). Jordan had snacks and water for us, took tons of photos, was patient with all 10 guests, had helpful information and suggestions about Las Vegas, and was just a genuinely friendly gentleman. We had a BLAST and have enough photos and videos and memories for a lifetime - but I'm sure we'll be back again soon for more!

Took the South Rim Grand Canyon Tour, and had a great overall experience. The bus was clean, air…read moreconditioned and well maintained. Our driver Donald was very friendly, and he drove the bus so smoothly, stayed alert, and is definitely a professional. (I know good drivers, I'm in logistics) I felt safe the whole way. Our tour guide Curty, was polite, informative and made sure everything ran smoothly. It could just be me, but his voice reminds me of Raymond Redington (I've recently been watching Blacklist a lot) which is another added bonus. Anyways, he gave the right amount of commentary and spoke clearly. Stops were well space for stretching, snacks and restrooms. There was also a stop at Seligman where the inspiration for Disney Pixar Cars came about. The Grand Canyon itself is breathtaking. We skipped the guided portion and walked the rim trail from Mather Point to Bright Angel, but if you're someone who tends to lose track of time, gets easily distracted, gets lost, or struggles with planning, you're probably better off going with the the guided tour. Don't get too close to the edge!

I emailed them a little after the 15 business days. They responded that with the slowdown in tourism, they were behind on refunds. I contacted them a month later and received a similar response. I contacted them in June, but they still couldn't give me a refund date. It should not take four months to receive a refund. We were so excited for this tour and were so bummed they canceled. They canceled so late in the game that we didn't have time to book another tour.

I visited Nelson Ghost Town again today, and it was a completely different experience from my last…read morevisit. Previously, the store was closed and there wasn't much to see, but this time everything was open and much more enjoyable. A special thank you to Tracy, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She made the visit even more memorable and didn't charge me anything to explore the property and take photos, which I truly appreciated. The historic buildings, vintage vehicles, and unique scenery make this a fantastic place for photography and exploring Nevada's history. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to visiting again
