Unfortunately THIS IS NOT A CLOTHING FABRICS STORE; Anyone trying to find the replacement for Joann that closed in Oxford Valley, this is not it. Unless you're planning to do some interior design work or patio furniture, this is not the place. Good quality stock, 100% cotton brands, but at $50 a yard? For solid prints? Well beyond my price range. I'm gonna personally pass but might be worthwhile for others.

When he had a question he went to management to get the correct answer instead of giving us a run around. What I appreciated most was his upfront approach. He didn't give us a sales pitch and let us know upfront what we could expect in regard to discounts. P.C. Richard & Son definitely offered the best deal for our purchase and that is especially important when buying everything (range, hood, refrigerator, and dishwasher). We did our homework and can highly recommend this store.

I brought the painting in on a Tuesday and I had my perfectly framed picture in hand by Thursday morning (a day earlier than requested!) when they opened. She's an extremely easy person to work with, and was especially gracious when I came to pick up my project, because when I went to pay with my check, I had no more checks in my checkbook, which never happens. Marsha said I could take what she did back home, and drop off the check to her later in the week. I wasn't going to do that, of course. I only live a few minutes away, picked up my checks, and returned with her payment. But obviously, there are very few people out there who would do something like that, which I definitely appreciated.

Our furniture quest continues... having visited the full service Raymour and Flanigan store in…read moreLawrenceville, NJ we were told very hush hush that their "outlet" stores only deal in inferior quality pieces of dubious origin. Somehow, this bad faith gaslighting between siblings only made me want to visit them more. Wonder of wonders, it's a furniture store. Frankly, I can't tell you if a "Paco Geppetto" or "Geezus of Nazareth" brand couch is better or worse than the inventory carried in their mainline store but to my eyes and especially, my derriere, they felt pretty good. Perhaps the Sultan of Brunei may have some quality issues but seeing as the two of us will never be confused, I can live with a reasonable compromise or two. And frankly, the pieces weren't self-destructing before my eyes like they do at a discount schlock-meister like Bob's. We're still looking but the Raymour and Flanigan Outlet is still in the running, much to the chagrin of the Sultan. Five easy stars.

When the swatch also met my expectations for color & feel, I placed the order online & chose my delivery date. On delivery day, I received an email that allowed me to track it to the minute. The first & only in-person encounter was with the delivery guys. They were outstanding--friendly, polite, & professional. They carefully brought in the pieces, placed them where I requested, & assembled them. Everything ran smoothly & my furniture is perfect! I couldn't be happier with RF & my new living room. Most reviews I read here were frightening. Had I trusted only those, I would probably have looked elsewhere. However, I've had two prior positive experiences with RF over the past 12 years. Also, my sister just purchased her sofa & loveseat at the Langhorne store last year. She, too, had a good experience & loves her new set. Taking all that into consideration, I decided to make this purchase with RF & I'm glad I did. I had a hassle-free experience & received good quality furniture for a reasonable price. Wrote this review because it's important that my outstanding experience be included with all the unfortunate ones. Maybe dissatisfied customers are more likely to write reviews than happy folks like me? Just one more thing--if you know exactly what you want & don't require assistance, I highly recommend the online experience. It worked great for me.
