The information he provided enabled us to address issues immediately before they became bigger problems. In addition to the standard home inpection, we had them do a radon test and a lateral waste pipe camera inspection. I was shocked to see so many positive reviews were removed by the automated system. If you take the time to read the removed reviews, you will get a much better picture of this company and the level of service they provide. How can you make it through a VT winter if your front door will not even latch? He also missed a huge carpenter ant infestation in the master bathroom where some trees were touching the house. Replacing the front door alone cost me $4,000. When I pointed this out to him, he didn't even offer an apology. Let alone a refund. I thought about going after him in court, but it is too hard to go after a home inspector. Better to just avoid.

Today I went to pick up a package that arrived THAT MORNING and it took a solid half hour for them to find it. Not only that, but my sister was with me and they found a letter that had arrived for her...in 2014, which they had never given to her, and she goes there fairly regularly. Wow, only 4 years late. I will not use this company again. I just can't tolerate that level of incompetence.
