Carton Co driver drove his tractor trailer over my property in Virginia Beach Va and then left the scene. Attempts to get restitution with the company have resulted in no response at all. His trailer was 7 to 8 feet inside the curb, tore up turf and landscaping and barely missed a fire hydrant by less than a foot.
