Dear Alex and the team at Rosini and Sons,…read more I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible work you did on my Thomasville bedroom set. For years, I was deeply frustrated by manufacturer defects (chips in the finish) that left all 25 of my drawers in sad shape as you can see from the photo. Because these issues didn't surface until after the dealer's warranty had expired, the manufacturer refused to provide any assistance. When I first called Rosini, I was a bit reluctant, but Alex, you reassured me that you could handle the repairs. I am so glad I trusted you. The results are wonderful, and I am truly impressed that you completed the job exactly within the timeframe you promised. Thank you again for your professionalism and for restoring my furniture.

We worked with Jerry, then the design consultant (her name is escaping me at the moment), to pick out fabric and arrange for pick-up. It was very fun to work with them both! We comment on them daily and are very pleased with our decision to reupholster, rather than trash and buy new. The price came out to the equivalent of what we would have spent at, say, Raymour and Flannigan, and we have kept items from the landfill and have a higher quality of furniture than we would have had at R and F.
