We were surprised by how large the store is and the selection of nice inventory to shop. On a Saturday afternoon, even in freezing cold, they were busy. In addition to clothing and shoes they also sell strollers, basinets, toys and other accessories. Not all of the items that my daughter brought in were accepted so her pay out was smaller than she expected. Her bibs were not accepted at all. In my excitement to order the perfect outfit, I accidentally purchased it twice. Valery called me that evening personally to ask if I really had meant to order it twice and to confirm that the sizing was correct. She was so very sweet, and she and her husband T.J worked with us to ensure that the extra purchase was refunded back as quickly as possible. Valery also told me that she had the item on discount in the store, but due to website issues the discount was not being added to my purchase - so she refunded that as well! I can not say enough about how amazing, and personalized their customer service was/is. The outfit was shipped quickly and was packed with such care. My only complaint is that I don't live nearby to shop in the store often - but again, that's my fault. But I will frequently check the website and happily purchase from them again!

When I finally went into a Motherhood Maternity, I realized I was wrong. In fact, last week my mom and I went into this location and I picked a beautiful red coat for only $40 (from a nice sale selection). It should fit for the rest of my pregnancy. Tera was a big help and gave me her opinions on what would work for the next 3 months and when I should go up a size. lol My first time to a Motherhood Maternity was in AZ. A friend took me in and I was so surprised to see things were often less expensive than they were at Target's maternity section! Jeans for example, started at $30 regular price, nursing bras were all under $20 from what I could tell... and the sales are great! I was pretty impressed. They have a large clearance section in the back. :) They also have some trendy selections, including jackets, jeans and sweaters. Honestly, I've bought most of my stuff from other mothers online or at Craigslist (better for the environment and my pocketbook) but for those special items and the occasional trendy new piece, I'll definitely be back!.. especially when I know what size of nursing bras I'll be needing. lol *sigh* See ya there!

I proceed into dressing room with a few sized nursing bras. Low and behold I end up leaving purchasing a few nursing bras that were 2 cup sizes larger than what she had told me. The sales woman wasn't very helpful with getting me measured....she was way off. I also would advise going in the store and trying some things on for sizing but then order online you can get so many great deals online and on the clearance online rather than in store! :)

The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It seems every time I go to Sephora's and definitely at this location. Their customer service is outstanding. However, I must update my 5 star rating to 3 stars because they do not even have a MIRROR in this store now. They seem to have permanently closed both the public restroom and the fitting room. They are both marked closed for at least six months now, on every visit. My husband has a somewhat difficult time with clothing fit due to being extra tall and such, and he can't buy clothing here now because there is no way to try it on! While I have an easier time with my size tending to fit, I hate that I cannot even hold up an item and look into a mirror here. I've resorted to taking awkward photos with my phone to see if something goes with my coloring. That's just silly. I can only imagine they have had bad experiences with customers abusing the fitting room for theft, or something of that sort. But seriously, a large full length mirror was in that dressing room and they could at least bring it out into the store for customer use. I'll keep shopping here but I feel like they could have a lot more sales if they would reopen the restroom, or at least the fitting room.
