Parking has been no problem whenever I've gone, though I tend to go in the evening. I find this store easy to navigate, and the racks tend to be organized/well looked after. The few times I've been here I've found it to have good selection and I have always been able to find my size in what I am wanting. The staff here seem helpful and the do offer to grab alternate sizes if something doesn't fit when you're trying it on. I find Gap Factory clothes tend to fit a bit different and have different cuts and material qualities than original Gap (I actually googled this and see that Gap Factory clothes are made specifically for Gap Factory only), and I find some things are better than others when shopping at Gap Factory.I tend to find myself heading to the factory store if I need some basic tee's for layering, jeans and cardigans.

My only complaint is that last summer I dropped off a large bag of clothing and checked back 4 times within over 6 months and had no credit. I kept getting told they hired a new girl to take over consignment and my stuff hadn't been put out yet. Finally I asked someone to look for my stuff, I knew it had to be lost. It was, and they would only give me $30 credit for it. Based on what I had made before and the giant bag I dropped off it was worth way more. I have a hard time trusting the store now...

To my amazement the store was huge and the store had way more than I expected. Anything you need in outdoor gear and clothing this is the place to shop. Great Christmas items here. Lots of free parking. Be it gloves, head gear, scarves, jackets, backpacks, outdoor wear, boots, shoes, etc they got it all for boys and girls of all ages. The staff was so amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. I would have made serious mistakes in sizing and choice of colour if it wasn't for their attention to detail. My daughter loved what I picked out thanks to the amazing staff member who assisted me. All of them from the owner to staff have a great sense of humour and made my shopping experience not only fun but got the right choice the first go around. All the big brands are there, for kids like mine who truly play in the outdoors...hiking, camping in the mountains etc. There is no other place to compare to it without ordering from the U.S. I have particularly liked the Columbia, North Face and Merrell Lines. My son is actually on his third year with his Columbia Shorts and they have held up amazingly well. I grudginly had to make him stop wearing them as they are now too tight and no pre-teen boy should wear shorts that fitted! Since my one child outgrew their sizes, I have shopped there less often until recently when I started picking out items for my nephews and nieces too. It is a little far away from me, but worth the trip. While the brands they carry are a little more expensive than your regular box store brands they are worth it as they are technical gear and hold up better under most conditions. They have racks of sale items and other sales periodically, so they are worth watching out for.

However, from a traffic flow view, this place is a nightmare. The shopping centre is accessible by 3 entrances from 130th Ave and one on 52nd street. Everyone seems to only use the entrance/exit on 46th street which has a 4-way stop immediately once you turn off of 130th. Do yourself a favour and hit the next set of lights to get in or out of this place. 4-stars for the shopping selection. 1-star for the gong-show of traffic planning.

The selection was much, much more extensive than its Chinook counterpart - size and style wise. They even have shoes! The staff were helpful without being pushy and were very friendly. They had some great sales as well as fairly priced regular items. It was really easy to put outfits together and i liked their range of work and casual wear.
