Both of which were good and had very similar brands, but this mall had Lululemon which is what I wanted. See other reviews. The good news is that this mall had a HUGE Lululemon store, but the bad news is that I did not buy anything. But my wife DID. I also ate at this food court and sadly for me, I chose the wrong food; see my other review at Atsuta. Ambiance - Huge location. Plenty of parking. 189+ businesses. Over 1 million square feet. 20,000 square feet food court. Events - see their website. Service - Good, at least at all the places we shopped. Price - Depends on what you do, buy, eat, or drink. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success and your 10 year anniversary.

It's definitely not as good as Muji Japan and much more expensive so didn't actually pickup anything. The Lululemon was a little chaotic and they charge $2 for a bag?? Overall the mall has an outlet mall vibe with it being so large and semi-deserted but it does have a good selection of stores to peruse if you're stuck indoors due to rain.

I came back to this store recently and felt that not only were the prices still high, but they had actually gotten much worse. I came to update my review and low and behold the reason for the high prices is to pay exorbitant salaries for 2 employees, not just for the hospice. Very disappointed.

We are local residents who have visited this store for years. The last couple of years the prices…read morehave risen to ridiculous levels for DONATED items. Many items remain in the store for really long periods of time due to the high prices. Why not lower the prices, turn the items over to people who could use them and enjoy the profits on free-to-the-store donations?? We recently tried to donate a piece of furniture only to be told they don't have room, an enviable position to take for a store that relies on donations. We rarely, if ever, now find anything worth purchasing, and if we do the price is usually so high we refuse to buy it. Very sad to see this happen at our local store, one we used to enjoy supporting. Will not be donating to this store again, and recommend taking items to the Ladner thrift store where they are so happy to receive items and do price them at reasonable levels.

When I called the 1 800 number for help with my order, my customer service agent couldn't speak English and I could not understand them. when I asked a question or clarification they would give me an answer that I could not understand or nothing to do with what I asked. All I got out of the conversation is that I had to reorder my order to get it and they are holding my money to make sure U can paid for my order that I have not received??????????? Nothing made sense. The worst customer service, how can you get help from someone who can't speak English!!!!!!! So I ordered my order again, this time choosing pick up at a store location. I got an email the next day saying my order was ready for pick. I thought ok this going well. Maybe I just have to order for pick up at a store location. The email said to let them know you are coming to pick up your order by clicking this link. I clicked the link and nothing happened. I went to the store. No one was at customer service and it took 5 minutes to find someone to help. I let them know I clicked the link on the email I received and I am here to pick up my order. They checked the system and said they don't have any picks at the store. I gave him my information for my order, they called for someone over the PA system then was doing something on their cellphone even though there was a line up of people behind me???????? After 5 minutes or so they finally got off their cellphone called the person on the PA again then helped another customer. I waited for over 15 mins for someone to come to the customer service desk to help them with my order. While I was waiting I noticed a more than four employees talking groups and being on their cellphones texting or doing something other than working or helping customers while people where self checking themselves out. I thought WOW is this what it has come too!!!!!! Walmart making more money off their customers for not having to pay for cashiers for check out and have their customers check themselves out while their employees are being paid to play or text on their cellphones, ignoring customers. I finally got my order after 20 mins in the store. They told me the link in the email only works if you are close to the store and you can only use it in the app not in emails on your computer. When I got home I noticed I got charged for the first order that didn't come and the second order. I am working with my credit card company to sort that out. Why did I get charged twice???? I still don't know and the people at the store didn't know either. I hate Amazon and I don't order from them but after this experience I might have to go back. At least they deliver your order or give you a full refund when you don't get your order.
